My experience with this location was absolutely horrendous.I purchased a breakfast sandwich meal on a Saturday before going to work ,before eating it I noticed it was not the correct sandwich .When I came back to the location I asked for the correct sandwich to be made ,but the casher advised breakfast was over so they couldn’t make the sandwich,I then asked for a refund the cashier advised it wasn't allowed so i then asked for a Manager ,so (Lisa ) approached my vehicle and also stated the only thing she could do is have me to come back the next day because breakfast was over ,& a refund wasnt allowed so I then asked for her Managers information and she literally started yelling that she was the director and the highest incharge and put her hand in my vehicle and threw my receipt at me and asked me to leave I then proceeded to leave and advised her i will be reporting her she then jumped in front of my vehicle and would not allow me to leave ..I ended up calling the police on her it was that unprofessional of her actions she finally moved out of my way while literally cursing me out following my vehicle now here come Monday She comes to my job trying to report to my manager and lie and said i was causing trouble with her ….Whyyyyyyy would i come to a fast food restaurant just to start trouble ….if my order would have been correct i wouldnt have even came back there!!!!!Secondly if my refund was given nothing would have even been given I would have never asked for her managers information.And if I was a problem customer why come to my job looking for me thats personal harassment!I will be contacting my lawyer to see what ither steps I need to be done about this.Just coming to chicfila for a breakfast sandwich turned into an entire harassment from their employee Lisa!!rediculous!! Read moreI’ve had the worst experience at this location then I’ve ever had at any Chick-fil-A. They have messed up my orders every time I’ve ordered here. Not the right sauce, kind of cheese. My last 2 recent orders I’ve asked for extra pickles. They put none. I gave them a chance to make it better. I went to the counter and asked the man to get a side of spicy pickles bc I didn’t get any on my sandwich. He asked someone else to help. Ask how many salads should I have and said 3 which was incorrect should been 4. They didn’t put my full order in the bags that they tape shut and said door dash driver took it.
