Sam was our server!!! He was amazing, at first, until he literally threw my salad on the table as he was flying by. The dressing spilled out onto the salad rim making a mess. The salad was delicious, but there wasnt near enough lettuce to balance out the dressing. I waited for him to walk by so I could get more lettuce. He didnt just walk by our table, he RAN and never acknowledged me FIVE times. His girlfriend did! She made eye contact every time she passed by and smiled!!
Finally, when Sam decided he was ready to stop, my salad was still sitting there waiting for more lettuce. I explained to him why I wasnt eating it and showed him how saturated it was with the dressing that spilled. I didnt add any extra and still had half a cup of dressing left. He said, "They do not like to give out more lettuce, but Ill see what i can do"! What he did was bring me about 1/2 cup of lettuce in a HOT bowl! I ate it anyway. I would have paid for the extra lettuce, but he made sure to let me know that management did not want customers to have extra lettuce.
My lemon chicken was tender and delicious, but the rice was so salty I did not eat it. It was gross and for what I paid, they skimped on the rice, as well. That plate should've been covered in rice. Cutting back on rice to save money? Shameful!!
My son got the Monte Cristo and really loved it.
The croissants looked fantastic! Lol! My son took them home. I over tipped him at 24%. I told the manager to give him a raise, but the more I thought about my true experience, the more I realized that he did not do a very good job with my table. He wouldn't make eye contact, he threw my plate on the table and after we were done, he asked for a good review.
Sorry Sam. You need to make eye contact every time you walk by. I was not impressed with your service...

We were told we could be seated as long as 2/3 of the party was there. We all (20ppl) got there around 6:50pm went in to check in, we were told that the wait would be about 30 minutes. Ok... We waited, at about 7:30pm we were told the table isn't clear the other ppl were finish eating but haven't left yet but we could be seated but at separate table. No that isn't ok. So we waited 15 more minutes the waitress said our table was ready. We go in the be seated and it was 3 separate tables, as I previously told them no. So they asked us to wait outside for 10 minute while they clear a larger section, which we didnt go outside. But we finally got a suitable table at 8pm. So we place our drink orders everything ok. We get to the appetizers. We ordered cheese fries, the fries were fried to hard or they were old. My brother ordered the artichoke dip and salsa. The waitress came with food instead of her coming to the side of us she reached over my grandsons head and wasted ranch dressing in his hair. She said (oops).. We started to get our entrees, which several of us had orders with French fries the waitress told us they was completely out of ketchup. My mother steak was over cooked to a burn! We never was offered a refill on the drinks and when I asked for one the waitress asked me if it was to go like we were being pushed out. We weren't loud, disrespectful or rude at any point but the service we got on my birthday was a waste. I am really disappointed. The worse of all we spent about $400 all together. We had never had any problems with the food and many times we recommended this restaurant to friends.
We once heard comments about the restaurant and the bad food they served, once a friend told me that they went to dinner and his wife got quite seriously ill from the food at this restaurant and ended up in the emergency room. Unfortunately we thought that would never happen to us and it just happened to us.
Monday, June 3, 2024, we went to this restaurant for dinner around 8.20pm and paid our bill at 9.17pm. We were leaving the restaurant when my wife started to feel sick to her stomach. We didn't give it much importance. We arrived home at 10pm and my wife continued to get worse now it is Tuesday June 4, 2024 it is 1am and my wife has not stopped vomiting, she was finally able to take medication without vomiting it, if this does not work we will end up in the emergency room.
Before going to the restaurant we had not eaten anything since 2pm, so it is evident that something she ate in the restaurant was bad, I did not try the food she ordered and I have not vomited, which increases suspicions even more. that something was wrong with his food.
Guys, really be careful with the food you serve in this restaurant, remember the most important thing is the customer and this is not the way to treat a customer, serving food that is not in optimal conditions. Avoid the legal problems that serving food in poor condition may bring.
