When I'm holding up a phone recording you is probably not the best time to get an attitude and wave me off because I wanted to use the last 10 minutes you were open to get something to eat. I had already started recording before I came around the corner to try to get you to let me in to order. And since you and your employees were lounging inside with doors locked 10 minutes before you closed, three or four other cars just went around and never got taken care of. People walked up to the door couldn't get in , not just me. It's not like it was 959 it was 9:50. I have never had anybody at any food establishment ever wave their hands and yell at me from across the restaurant to go to the drive-thru. like I was annoying you by just being there. You didn't even have the good grace to get up and come to the door and say "we've already locked the doors ma'am do you mind going through the drive-thru." no you just throw your hands up in the air and yelled at me from across the restaurant through the glass . Without getting up without walking to the door without some kind of professionalism. That place is really gone downhill and we eat there three or four times a week. I may not have shown myself to be completely mature in this, but I work in the restaurant industry and I would have never treated a customer the way you just treated not just me but two other car loads of people that came through. Cuz it wasn't just me you were telling to go around to drive through other people pulling in behind me so I have it on video and I'm going to send it to churches. And I'm sure your a franchise, so I will find your owner and I'll be sure he gets a copy of the video I will never eat at your establishment again I will never go somewhere where the workers, management, employee, would be so rude and so ungrateful to his customers that he couldn't leave the restaurant open the last 10 minutes of the day to take care of those that we're trying to get home and just get something to eat on her way. Get your chicken at about 6-7pm, at early dinner time, especially on Friday nights. I really believe they change the oil before peak dinner times, and it makes the chicken taste the way it was designed to taste. We always get the spicy chicken, which is a kind of Louisiana style cajun seasoning that is cooked into the batter. If the oil is not changed recently, it will make the batter on the chicken dark and overall the chicken will be way too salty. But if you order right before / during early peak dinner time, especially on Friday, im pretty sure they have just changed the oil, and the chicken comes out just right.
It’s worth the short wait. So Crispy, So Juicy, So Flavorful, and not overcooked or dry and not too greasy and not salty at all! Seriously, when the chicken here is freshly cooked with new oil, it is So Good.
This place has been increasing the quality and deliciousness of their bone in fried chicken over the last months. We have picked up large family size combos 2-3 times per month for the last 3 months. We always get the spicy chicken, coleslaw, and honey butter biscuits. I cannot speak on their other sides, or menu items (including the original non-spicy chicken) because we never get them. A couple times we have unfortunately gotten very salty and kind of dried out chicken that was likely cooked hours earlier, but that was during the odd hours on mid-week days.
As far as nearby fried chicken chains / franchises in the area, this is one of the best if not the best. (You just have to get it at the right time) The freshness and flavor of this chicken combined with the price really makes it top tier. I will add, I’m sure the quality and freshness are location dependent, and a lot of factors are involved including how busy they are / how much customers they have at any given time / day / location and also the employees / management. Don’t expect all Church’s locations to be this delicious.

went thru the drive thru this evening & sat behind a car for 17 minutes waiting on our order Me & my husband witness Maria talking with the person 17 minutes right out the drive thru window. Severals cars were waiting just like we were while she continued talk with this person with no REPECT for our time. Cause she was just flirting and giving food away to her friend.
I had to go around the person & go inside because the wait was so long when normally they tell you to pull up but not to that person Going in I ask for the manager which told me her name was Brenda even though Brenda was just like Maria HORRIBLE costumer service / No manager skills no professionalism AT ALL
Now I see why the staff act the way they do So now I seeI why they ONLY make 7 dollars an hour cause they are not worth anything els.
