3 stars because I liked the lady who took my order, the other employees, and I recieved a call after I sent in a complaint. I was very happy to recieve a call back ♡
(My issue was being served Spoiled Milk with no refund due to manager not being in).
I ordered 2 chocolate milks with my order and planned to eat in the parking lot. One milk was sour and so I tried my second one, it was also sour. Yet the dates on them were fine. It might be a distribution problem, im not sure.
I wasn't mad nor frustrated at all. I explained it to the drive-thru lady and i chose to get a bottled coke instead. I just expected a refund for the difference in price (from 2 chocolate milks to a bottled coke). Mind you, I paid cash. It should be an easy refund.
Apparently they can't do refunds without the manager present and I was told the manager wouldn't arrive for a couple hours. I gave back the chocolate milks and recieved my soda, with them keeping the $2 and change i was owed.
If you've ever drank spoiled milk, you know that taste lingers. My breakfast wasn't the same because of it. I wasn't about to give the employee a hard time, but I honestly didn't even want the food anymore because I don't like soda with donuts and I had the taste of spoiled milk in my mouth.
I was really nice about it because accidents happen. its not like I expected or asked for a refund over my whole meal, but its unprofessional not to issue a refund when a customer has been given spoiled goods. (Especially a $2 difference).
I was told all of the chocolate milks had the same expiration dates so i explained to the lady to try one of their other chocolate milks. If the two i had were spoiled, its likely they all were. They continued to sell more chocolate milk which worried me for the customers sake. Read moreThis location has a roach infestation. They are aware of it and have taken no steps to resolve this issue. They have taken very small steps which is a once a month visit from a pest control company. They also allow flies in their establishment which are on the donuts they serve. I know this because I was served a coffee that had a roach in it. This roach as at least 1 inch in size and of good size. The experience was extremely disgusting. I made the window clerk aka person in charge at time and showed them the cup with the roach shortly after my purchase. This person admitted to knowing they have a roach infestation and said much more. I had to wait until the following day to speak to a manager. I visited location the following morning, which is when I witnessed the flies on donuts. The district manager was on site. I spoke with him and the store manager. Neither of which seemed to express any concern with the flies or serving this to their customer. Unfortunately I have also consumed donuts from this location. I have a video of this conversation, to which they admit of the roach infestation. I have reached out via email to corporate they have yet to reply. This place needs to shut down and eliminate the roach infestation and take steps to prevent flies from landing all over donuts they are serving...

I decided to try the iced coffee or tea and was excited to see that happy hour was from 2-6 which was an added bonus. That's where the excitement ends. I walked in and waited for someone to take.my order. And waited and waited. Finally I was asked if I ordered a grilled cheese. I said no , I haven't even placed my order. At that time a young man said "what do you want,. I said it is happy hour right? He said we don't do that. I was going to order anyway until I told him the chai tea latte with pumpkin cream was what I wanted. He said nothing, turned around slowly and pick up the canister which was open and ready for any insect to crawl into. He said we don't have any chai.
