Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Conroe

This is not really a bad review or a good review but, I ordered my food on the app and went to go pick up, thinking since it’s fast food I could just quickly pick up when I went on my lunch break, I spent my entire 45 minute lunch break and then some waiting on my food there was 4 employees inside. I work in the service industry do I know how it can get so I’m not upset, however, they really need some help. There was a gentlemen in front of me who only order 2 tacos and had been waiting even longer than me, when the cashier asked the kitchen how much longer the cook replied back with “ I don’t know I need everything up here” assuming they were talking about the orders on the screen. What I’m assuming is the manager? Was not helping AT ALL. This location seriously needs a new manager, and maybe a coupon...

I was attending a class on this side of town and decided to pull through the drive-thru for a quick meal. The female over the intercom was very rude, rushing me and acting irritated that I needed a moment to look at the menu. After waiting about 15 minutes in the line, I pulled up to the window only for her poor attitude to continue. Her manager standing directly behind her observing her attitude and apparently not disagreeing with it. I had to ask for multiple items that were left out of my order once my bag was handed to me. More attitude about the correction although I was polite. So I drive off only to bite into my jumbo mozzarella stick to find that it was not even cooked all the way, still frozen in the middle. Tell me why they couldn’t give me an explanation as to why i couldn’t receive my receipt to make sure i was charged correctly; then they proceeded to give me cups with what looked like mold all over the rim of the cup. After they finally gave me non moldy cups; a homeless guy came in and started asking people for money and food as they were eating, getting in their face and what not. Then he tried coming up to us, we were straight up and told him to leave us alone, i wanted to see what the workers would do about dealing with him, they just laughed and pointed fingers and were all looking at him ask us for food and money. Very annoying location. Store manager needs to be replaced asap since this type of behavior seems to be common every time i decide to eat inside...
