Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Conroe

I never ever dreamed that I'd be leaving a review for sonic, however, tonight has just been the final reason for leaving this location an exceptional review. I'll start off by saying that I'm a little bit of a picky drinker- I prefer to have half sweet and half unsweet tea, light ice and extra of some kind of fruity flavoring and EVERYTIME I order it from here it's exactly how I love it. You can tell they actually read the "special instructions" on the app and listen when you order. Secondly, every single worker I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with has just been so smiley and sweet, no matter how cold or hot it is they serve with a smile. And finally, tonight. Tonight I was feeling pretty exhausted and ready to grab something and go (and I know they are always very fast here as well!) So I got myself a 3 piece chicken and drink, added 3 honey mustards IN THE STALL. So I put my phone back down once I finish ordering through the app and they bring it out immediately....still don't know how they do that. I get home and what do you know, there's exactly 3 honey mustards, A perfect drink and THEY THREW in an extra chicken strip‼️ absolutely beautiful end to the day and as long as I live in the area this will be the only accurate, friendly, and timely sonic...

Ordered our food last night (about 8:30 so not thag late and there were plenty of people there so I wasn't a random show up) and debated writing a review and decided it was necessary, we got ordered a double cheese burger with tots and oreo blast, and a sour dough with French fries and a reeces blast, the double cheese burger was cold, was not put together properly and the bread was completely soggy, like it had been sitting on a shelf all day the tots were cold and soggy, the sour dough had no onions and had GOBS of mustard and mayo on it, like an obnoxious amount of them, the Texas toast was again completely soggy and the French fries were no where near fresh, also cold soggy, its like my entire order was just thrown in a bag after sitting on a shelf, the oreo blast was perfect but the reeces blast had all of the toppings just sitting in the bottom of the cup it was not mixed at all, had to pour it into a bowl and mix it ourselves, this sonic usually has decent food but this was just awful and unacceptable, literally didn't finish any of it and threw away nearly 25$...

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a fast food restaurant from the manager to the staff. I pulled into the stall and placed a mobile order because it’s half price off drinks two drinks in a cheeseburger OK after waiting drinks come out carhop is not nice. She forgot my sweet and low gave me the wrong straws and then I opened the burger and it’s ice cold and looks like it has just been sitting somewhere! I was super nice beeping and this manager comes on after a few minutes and is totally rude. Ask me when I place the mobile order. It takes a while to have the food ready. Next thing you know I just asked for a refund. Then she says I can remake it I’m 15 min in and just want a refund. Just when you think you can’t get worse, she sends the carhop out to get a receipt that they never gave me next she sends the carhop back out to tell me to look at my car because the other car says she gave it to me which they did not terrible experience for $2.15 refund just doesn’t make sense Beware the service gets no better with...
