I first reached out to Balie & her husband via the website asking about reservations. I had quite the unique reservation - a Celebration of Life. From the moment I walked onto the property everyone was so welcome. Shoutout to Hailey our waitress! She accommodated a 30-40 person group very willingly and timely. From fans, outlets for a small memorial video, keeping up with drinks and water, food and just plain serving and hosting. I am so grateful for this establishment and will always recommend this place to others when looking for recommendations. Instead of making the error right, the waitress promptly started ignoring us and the owner avoided the conversation all together. For an establishment that opened in April, I'm not sure why Frank didn't just come talk to us. The femal owner was wonderful and introduced herself, but the end service was terrible. There is too much competition in Conroe to ever come back to this establishment, but I wish Belle good luck. Frank,...
