La Palma Mexicana — Restaurant in Conroe

Just don’t! This was our first meal arriving to Texas after a long day of traveling. The served acted like he was completely annoyed we were there. I wish we would have just turned around and walked out after the awkward greeting we received. . We had to ask for chips and when we finally got them, they were VERY stale and hard. We ate them anyways because everyone was so hungry. We got one small half filled basket for a table of 6 adults and another small half filled one for a table of 5 older kids. When we asked for more, the next ones were visibly burnt but somehow tasted better than the first ones. Again, we ate them because we were starving. The only good thing about the entire meal was the salsa. My dish, the enchiladas were horrific. It should have been VERY obvious there was an issue because none of us ate our food. None of our kids were able to eat their meals because they were just gross. My step mom didn’t even receive her Gordita until everyone that could eat their meals was done. The only thing edible on my plate was the small pile of lettuce and sour cream. The beans and rice were gross as well. I had to make food when we got to our bnb. We eat at Mexican restaurants a lot because it is our favorite. This experience was horrible. The server was horrible and most importantly the food was terrible. Just do...

This does not deserve even one star, If your looking for a place that looks like a ghost town inside then this is the place , then there are the waiters who wont tell you were to sit or take your order for at least 30 min, then they finally acknowlege that your even there, you get a a horrendous waiter who will take your order then not tell the chef then you wait an hour more then you get your food, which is ok, then you realize you still haven't gotten your chips and salsa then you got another 20 min on that, and they has hard as rocks those chips, then you realize not all the foods there and then another hour later the rest of the food has come. And this is with nobody else in the restaurant and they take this long, and when your done with your food your waiting around for the check and then they finally tell you that you have to go up to the counter and pay and tell them what you ate, even though your the only one there, you could literally lie and say you had less then what you had and they would never know, then you finally leave and waist 3 hours of your life, A GREAT PLACE FOR THE...

Place is not clean they have supplies sitting outside uncovered. Went through the drive through put in a small order was asked to come around. And that my food would be brought out mean while going in 15min later and waiting I see 2 Car pull up and leave. Went inside and looked liked a ghost town NO ONE WAS INSIDE. Young lady asked " can we help you" yes im still waiting for my food. Literally they started in front of me to work on my order. Minutes later she hands food over abruptly. Meanwhile a man comes around with NO MASK giving me dirty looks. He starts yelling at that there isn't a manger if I want fast food go down the street. He started charging my way I got out of there quickly in fear he could possibly hurt me. There was no acknowledgment that they forgot about my order.
