Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Florida

We stopped in for desert, hoping to get a donut and a bit of ice-cream. Unfortunately, for us, we were told there were no donuts so we opted for Ice-cream. We even asked if they might have some donuts in the back. We were told no. One young man behind the counter was singing with the music which we thought hilarious. He did a great job, also, of fixing our sundaes.

I would have given the store 5 stars if the tables had been clean. There were about 4 people behind the counter, two tables with other patrons sitting, and yet every other table in the place was dirty. One customer (or employee?) got up and told someone there were no clean tables and the young man proceeded to ONLY clean the couple of tables on the side of the counters/registers. He LOOKED into the dining room then ignored it. People coming in seemed to prefer sitting in the dining side as the side with the counters/registers was about 15 degrees colder. Way to cold to sit and try and enjoy ice-cream.

I’d rate 0 stars if I could. I placed an order thru grub hub at 7:11pm 11/9/25 and they waited until the driver was at the store over an hour later at 8:17pm to cancel the order due to not having the items. The items included nothing extravagant it was a strawberry ice cream dragon creature bowl and two samplers with their standard flavors in them Chocolate Mousse Royale, Jamoca® Almond Fudge, TWIX® Caramel Crunch, OREO® Cookies 'n Cream Baseball Nut®, Cookie Monster, and World Class® Chocolate - so the store waits over an hour to realize they essentially have none of their ice cream flavors in stock. Absolutely ridiculous seems more likely someone didn’t want to do their job and when the delivery driver showed up and they had to make the order they just decided to cancel it instead. Worst customer service. Skyler has a terrible attitude and should seek employment far from customers and the general public. I asked twice for just a moment while in the drive through, and she came over the speaker again, LOUDLY and rudely asking how she could help. I drove off to view the menu on my phone before getting back in line. Skyler came back over the speaker and asked that I wait a minute before she took my order. When I got to the window, she had the most disgusted look on her face, thrusted my cup of ice cream at me and rudely stated my total. I was then given a receipt with her name on it and a cone without the bottom. Ice cream was leaking out before I even drove off. Terrible, terrible experience. I can’t wait for this place to close and a DQ to open. Go somewhere else, don’t waste your time or your money...
