We are extremely disappointed with the customer service that we received yesterday at this store. After coming in to pick up a carry-out order, we arrived home and noticed that our pizza was not the pizza that we ordered. We called the store to notify them of this problem and we were placed on hold for over 20 minutes. Resulting in now not having to wait even longer to eat and the rest of food getting cold. Once someone at the store finally picked up, and I explained the situation to them and they seemed to have no clue what I was talking about and proceeded to tell me that now I had to go all the way back to store. We now inconveniently had to drive all the way back to the store and when we arrived there the employee at the front that did not speak any english, told us that he could not give us our correct order because we did not have the other pizza that they messed up on. He was extremely rude and disrespectful and showed zero type of customer service, proceeding to say that he did not cause any inconvenience after we had to drive all the way back to the store because they gave us the wrong order. He at no time apologized or take any accountability for the situation but simply said he could not give us our pizza that we had already paid for. When asking to speak to the manager, he said he the manager was not there and that he was the manager for the night. He continued to be belittling to the point that he started making disrespectful remarks about us taking the pizza because we wanted to eat more free pizza and started body shaming us. It was until I tried to get on the phone with corporate office that he finally handed over the pizzas to us that were the initial pizzas that we paid for!!!
