Five Guys — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

I have munched on the goodies at cinco Chicos 6-7 times this past 18 months or so. By the way this is NOT a Hispanic Hamburger Stand I was just practicing my espanol. The first time I dined at this nice neat and clean Hamburger hotspot was a quick pay get and run over a year ago way over by Health-Park hospital were my esposa works and I picked up a couple smaller cheeseburgers and 2 medium fries. I remember eating this delicious hot fries the rest the way to and all the way back to Lehigh Acres where we resided at the time. I popped the cheeseburger on the microwave and it was delicious some 7-8 hours later. the next of my numerous visits were at the 5 guys on South Cleveland about a mile or so from our newly renovated mid-century modern home in "The Villas". My Brother in- law helped me out that day chilly/rainy Day last October. We walked into a clean, open neatly packed, building with a atmosphere that was both inviting and friendly..It almost had the feeling that I was invited to a friend's for a meal and left with a smile and a talk. it was fun to say the least I was there 3 weeks ago and my with came with me.We both had a meal that included a lately old 2-Pattie cheese cheeseburger with a pile of bacon. The buns both fresh and tasty wheat flavor was very well baked all in house. My friend suggested we get a small order of Fires but I ordered a large which I believe is the next size up. What a feast we had over some good conversation. After we ate what we could which gave us both a a doggie bag for dinner that nite. Top of bbn the line refreshed condiments and toppings along with the fresh baked buns made for one of the best burgers I have had in a long time.The only drawback was the price. almost $60 dollars for a couple burgers is a little high but for the best...

I love Five Guys. Unfortunately, this particular one provided truly terrible service.

First, the cashier: didn't greet us, just nodded his head to tell us to go ahead with our order. When my girlfriend ordered her food, I ordered mine, and turned and asked her if she had already ordered fries, to which he scoffed and said "Oh my god..." as if to hurry me along. I went to use the chip reader, and again, he simply waited, looked visibly annoyed and told me flatly, "Yeah, it doesn't work. Swipe it."

In addition to this, I went to grab some Vanilla Coke from the machine, and there was none. This didn't bother me, but I figured I'd at least inform the staff. The employee who I told simply said, "Oh, that's too bad."

Next up, they forgot my girlfriend's milkshake. When she asked about it, the employee she spoke to just huffed loudly and walked away. Then yelled from across the room to ask what kind it was. He then proceeded to ignore her until it was done. No updates or apologies, not to mention the milkshake just turned out extremely sloppily prepared.

Fast forward to us getting home, unwrapping the tight aluminum foil, excited to eat our food, her food was done completely incorrectly. A grilled cheese sandwich is all she wanted. She got, you guessed it, no cheese, but she did get mushrooms which she explicitly stated she didn't want.

Now I attempted to call so that they would have the opportunity to fix the mistakes, no answer. Just a voicemail message. No way to contact them.

Truly the worst possible experience one could expect here. Absolutely unacceptable, abhorrent service; by any metric.

Oh, and my burger...

My wife and I were tired and wanted a quick bite to eat. We ordered Five guys from this location thru ubereats. To make a long story short we recieved the wrong order. I called and requested to speak to a manager and the manager was completely rude from the beginning he did not give a good greeting I had to ask him his name which his name was Steven by the way and also when I tried to explain to him that the order was wrong thinking that he would help in some kind of way all he told me well it's not his problem and we need to figure it out, You need to go to the ubereats app and figure it out so I figured I'll let everyone know how rude Steven was and not to go to this Five Guys location. Ubereats doesn't make the food Steven. Steven if you do not want your job you shouldn't work there thank you Five Guys for ruining my dinner for the weekend.
