THE absolute WORST McDonald's I have EVER been to. I deliver for UberEats and we partner with McDonald's and deal with them atleast 12 times a day. Worst attitudes worst customer service... what's to say good about this place?? I start with trying to pick my mobile order up and the app just kept giving me problems so I said screw it and just ordered through the drive-thru. Person who took my order was pretty spot on-- she heard me loud and clear and I heard every word she said. No problems ordering. No problems paying. I get to the second window.... and that's where it just ended. I legally own and carry a firearm, which I had sitting openly in my console. The young AF acted so scared she almost dropped my stuff trying to "hand" it to me if that's what you want to call it. I get my teas, 1 with no ice just like I requested. Cool! A few moments later she hands me 1 small bag (I ordered a few sandwiches & snack wraps) and contained 1 item I ordered. I continued to sit there thinking the rest was coming. 10 minutes go by, literally. She opens the window (which she LOCKED every time she closed it) and said "You Missssin' Sommmin?" I looked at her and said, "Yeah, kinda my entire order?" And she shuts and locks the door not saying anything else and some manager wanna-be comes to the window also with the worse attitude ever like she was disgusted. "Can I help you?" I hand her my receipt, " yeah, my order please!" And without a word walks away. Little girl comes back says "Can you, like, park?" Instead of, "Could you please pull to #1/2 For me?" Like any other McDonalds.... about 10 more minutes go by, my BF goes inside to see what the hold up is! I continue to sit there and watch not 1, not 2, but ELEVEN CARS AFTER ME GO THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ELEVEN!!!!!!!!!!!! WHERE IS THE OWNER?? FRANCHISEE??? HOW ARE YOU MAKING MONEY DUDE??? WHAT ARE YOU DOING??? THIS IS THE KIND OF BUSINESS YOU WANT TO CONDUCT? Will make that extra drive to NEVER come here...

Update: she is the GM and her name is Renisia Hogg!! So the assistant manager was also in on the games!! SMH… terrible people!! My question to corporate is why nobody has name tags on?? Came on 6/20 round 6:30pm ordered 3 happy meals that turned into angry meals!! My kids wanted double fries instead of apple slices… when I received order they gave me whatever they wanted(basically spent my money the way they wanted too) advised girl at window suppose to be fries instead of apples she then spoke to her manager came bk to window informed me if I wanted fries would have to go bk they drive thru and purchase!! 😱 I then asked for manager (big mistake) she came to window and literally snatched apples out my hand!! I then asked for refund she first refused…. 🤯 then stated if I wan refund would have to come in and get out drive thru or she was calling police!! Stated her name was Breyona even told police that was her name to later find out it is in fact Jasmine(GM) I ended up going in to deal with assistant manager who was kind, polite and willing to do his job instead of causing Confrontation!! Police showed up and she verbally abused me the whole time I was inside(main reason why I was ifie about coming in) she had all the employees coming to front to witness this abuse she was comfortable doing at work!!! The police officer told her to stop which she didn’t comply!! Stood there and continued the verbal abuse!! I’m currently waiting on corp and have police report also on hand!!! Terrible terrible individual…. One bad apple does spoil the bunch…. The assistant manager needs to take her place asap!!! Please get her out of this position she is def abusing her authority!! She cost the company a lot of money(3-4 ppl left drive thru on top...

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Customer service is horrible, they can never get my order right, and management is not ensuring the orders are being fulfilled correctly. This trip I ordered 2 number 6 meals and a number 9 meal. That means I get 2 - 10 piece nuggets, 2 cheeseburgers, 3 fries and 3 drinks. But instead they give me 3 fries, 5 cheese burgers and 1 drink. I tell them that they gave me the wrong meal. The window girl asked me for my receipt and told me to pull to #1 and they will correct my meal and bring it to me. 15 minutes later and nobody came so I go in and ask them about my food. Then they hand me (that had been sitting on the counter) 3 fries, 1 -10 piece nugget, and 5 cheeseburgers. I still got the wrong order. I told them they already gave me 5 cheeseburgers that they wouldn't take back so I didn't need 5 more. The guy told the manager and she didn't look at what the mess up was and just handed him 1more 10 piece. Then he tells me "At least you got fresh fries." I wasn't the only order that was a mess. The manager just continued to make fries and not see the whole mess of orders...
