Panda Wok — Restaurant in Sacramento

I've been coming to this place for 15 years, never had a complaint but today did it for me. I arrive 745pm order my food , sit and wait. Got my food sat a table and started to eat, ever since covid they qoute on qoute not open for dine in but still allow you to eat there from a Styrofoam container. Then this little brat of a waiter / cashier tells me that they're not open for dine in and when I arrive there was another family eating there.. its 8:10 and says they close at 8:30, I said I have another 20 min.. I continue to eat and he says I'm rude for not leaving... 15 years of being a customer and I'm rude... as I leave to respect the 830 close time which I had the right to stay till I finish but I don't like conflict. As I'm sitting I'm my car finishing my meal a white van pulls up and starts to spray carpet, (while place is still open and food is still being served, people are still picking up orders. Now I see something wrong with that, how are you going to start spraying around food and how are the owners ok to allow this to happen, because they don't care.. honestly its a good food place but values are lost. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 10 years and have never tried Panda Walk until today. I was in a rush and wanted to avoid the usual fast food options, so I thought I'd give this place a try. Unfortunately, it was a huge mistake.

I ordered teriyaki chicken over steamed rice, but what I received was absolutely disappointing. The food was cold, and the chicken was unrecognizable—full of fatty pieces and definitely not tasting like chicken. The teriyaki sauce was even worse, resembling a generic, overly sweet store-bought sweet and sour sauce rather than the savory teriyaki flavor I was expecting. The rice was also undercooked, adding to the overall unpleasant experience.

After just two bites, I couldn't eat any more. I'm not sure if I should ask for a refund since I've never done that before, but I felt compelled to write this review to warn others. If you're looking for quality food, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Even Safeway and other grocery stores make better Chinese food than Panda Walk, and that’s...

1st time customer. I ordered orange chicken with chow mein, 1 egg roll, and a half order of fried crab cheese wonton. I ordered for carry out. Waited about 5 to 7 minutes. Got my food and decided to eat in. My fried cheese wonton was hot and fresh. My chow mein was room temperature. I asked for hot chow mein and she asked if I mind if she put it in the microwave. I said I don't mind and she warmed it up. I usually don't want microwaved food from fast food chains, but since I couldn't see it being prepared in the back, I decided not to complain to much , cause I can't see what will happen to my food if I complained to much. I sat back down to eat my egg roll.... it was colder then the chow mein... also , my orange chicken taste nothing like orange chicken. It taste rather salty.
