Dunkin Donuts — Restaurant in Kentucky

It’s unfortunate that this location is the most convenient but I will be taking my business back to the US42 store. I have repeatedly asked for 5 glazed chocolate munchkins for my 4 yr old niece And they almost always give me plain glazed. Donuts are missing and I have to go back around the slow drive thru to get it corrected. I haven’t said anything until now. But I’ve had enough of sub par inconsistent coffee and things wrong or missing from my order. I order the same coffee every time and it’s always different. Hashbrowns were missing last time. My coffee tasted like sugar milk and zero coffee. I called today and told them that the munchkins were wrong. I asked if my sister could pick them up for me since I had already left the area. Apparently I didn’t have to show proof that they were wrong but if my sister were to pick them up, she would have to bring the wrong donuts to them. Ummm ok. Thats pointless and doesn’t fix my situation at all. So since my niece was the only kid without her breakfast, i put in ANOTHER order so my sister could get the right food and I had to order another coffee in hopes it tasted right. So if you choose to go here. Good luck. Check EVERYTHING before pulling away and hand them back your coffee if doesn’t taste or look right. Us regulars know what it’s suppose to look like! As this Dunkin is the closest to my home I was so happy to see that it was opening. Unfortunately it has been the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. Consistently for months and months I’ve been ripped off by paying for bacon on avacado and bacon toast and getting no bacon. 0 bacon. This has been 98% of the time. The other two percent that they do actually add the bacon they give you less than half of a piece of bacon. Food is burnt a lot of the times as well. I finally had the time to drive back around today to ask for an appropriate amount of bacon. I was told too bad on the 15 times in the past that I’ve been ripped off. When I told them that I’ve never been to a Dunkin that has given this little amount of bacon they said that I was more than welcome to go to those locations instead. Poor management. Writing this review in hopes that someone higher up sees this and fixes these issues. Thank you!!

Service sucks. Manager with fried red hair was rude as could be. Ordered an iced mocha latte and got a drink pale as could be. First of all I’m ordered COFFEE with MOCHA it shouldn’t be WHITE. Asked to be remade she tried to argue for half a second before I insisted it wasn’t correct and it shouldn’t be that light. Then she turned her back shook her head and , with the worst attitude ever, remade my coffee. Only to SLAM it on the counter only for it to be even worse than the first.
