Skyline Chili — Restaurant in Kentucky

My husband and his 2 coworkers are in town for work. They stopped to have dinner right after work. They where sat and given their drinks. The server asked if they where ready to order and they said give them a couple of minutes. That server never came back to their table. They asked another server could the please get their server so they could order. She said yes. She never came back to their table and the first server came to take order. They asked a 3rd server to get their server. All three servers where standing together kept looking at the table and laughing. Table's that came in after them was getting service. My husband and co workers get up and leave without dinner and respect. All three men are Mexican. Men that did everything asked of them to be citizens and paid what was asked to do so also. I called the manager and he said he don't know why the men didn't get service. He also said maybe they wasn't understood. All three men speak English very well. That wasn't the problem. The manager said his workers would never withhold service because if color. I asked then give me the reason why the men could get service. He had no clue. It's so sad that people find it ok to mistreat people because of skin color. The men won't ever go back. This is the skyline in Walton, Kentucky I have been in this restaurant a few times since it has just recently opened. There is always food on the floor tables that are not clean the waiter or the waitress do not pay attention to their customers and just today my order was not filled properly did not get refills on drinks or check to see if the food was good or asked us how our day was I would not recommend to go to this place. They do not keep the food off the floor clean their tables like they should. And when you order, they can’t even make the order properly. I had a Greek salad with no olives or pepper, and they were both on the salad. The dressing was so vinegary. Hardly eat it. I didn’t even get my four-way. I had to ask for it and the waiter that took my order. Didn’t even bring me the food...

As soon as I walked in, the place was filthy - at least, 6 tables with dirty dishes; broken crackers and dirty napkins on several areas of the floor; had to search for a clean table to sit at. When I left, told waitress and cashier about my concerns. They told me the place was clean. I said to them "you don't see the dirty tables and floor?" Only 1 waitress was cleaning tables off while several others stood around socializing. Shame on them and the manager! Why was the manager in her office instead of supervising? My brother has managed numerous restaurants and like Cracker Barrel's, he walked around asking people how the food and service were, and helped clean tables when needed.. I will never go back to a Skyline again. Does a company rep investigate/monitor sites...
