We were at Starbucks today and I was harassed outside by a man who was apparently drunk And asking me to take pictures with his cell phone I didn’t want to touch his phone I asked him to step back he wouldn’t leave me alone I told him I didn’t know how to use his phone then I went in to join my husband and the man started harassing people next to me Yes he got very angry with the two gentlemen and even made a comment about having a gun they told him to step back ir they were going to call the police they went and got the manager she handled it like a 14-year-old talking very sweet to them And the man was being the aggressor was offered water and asked how his day was She did not order him to leave - he frightened a lot of people then he went outside and harassed a young couple I don’t know what he said to them but the young man came in and complained to the manager then she finally called the police By the time the police got there that person the aggressor a member of the tribe who is also making his point that we were on his land when he was harassing us disappeared So he was nowhere around so it was a pretty mute point for the police to even be there at that point The young woman who supposedly was the manager at Starbucks should’ve reacted faster she should’ve considered the other customers being harassed and the aggression by the person in question should’ve been considered Yes the way she...
Read morePulled up at 8:05pm on Saturday night when they close at 9pm the manager on staff and two other employees were stocking and cleaning the store and left myself and 3 other cars in the drive through not responding to the order kiosk or the drive through window I drove up front and tried to go inside thinking the window cash register was down or something the three employees laughed when I tried to open the door and it was locked the manager out of the group looked at me shook her head no and shewed me away I pointed at the hours sign and asked why she unlocked the door and advised me that herself and two team members were “understaffed and had to close early” she then locked the door on my face and when I knocked again she walked up and asked me what I wanted. I proceeded to tell her there are four cars in the parking lot and she laughed and said “okay that’s fine” I advised her that she should probably tell customers the situation and we would be more understanding.
She laughed closed the door and walked away..

Read moreI rarely leave reviews, but this visit was frustrating enough to warrant one. I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Starbucks location. I ordered a grande caramel macchiato, which came to a little over five dollars. At the drive-through window, I handed the barista (an Asian young man) a $10 bill. To my absolute shock, he asked, “Do you want your change back?”
Seriously? That is not only unprofessional, it’s just bad customer service. When a customer pays for something, you return their change. If they choose to tip, that’s their decision — you don’t prompt them in a way that feels like pressure. It was awkward, rude, and honestly left a bad taste in my mouth before I even got my drink. also, he never gave me my receipt.
To make matters worse, the drink itself was poorly made. A caramel macchiato is supposed to have a generous drizzle of caramel, but mine had barely any — it was bland, weak, and clearly made with no attention to detail. For over $5, I expect better quality and certainly better service.
This location seems to be cutting corners and it shows — both in the product and the attitude. I won’t be returning, and I expect Starbucks leadership and or the regional manager to respond to this and reach out to me so we can communicate and I can...
