Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Paradise Valley

Okay, my experience here was an absolute nightmare. I went through drive thru about 730pm last night, for starters NO ONE was in the drive thru or in line at the counter during my entire transaction. I ordered the combo 4, 2Pc regular with a frozen strawberry drink, a side of mash and fries. The gentleman without even greeting me, "Give me a minute." Why? there was no greeting I just pulled up and was met with attitude, nce I place my order after repeating it to the cashier 4 times and then got snapped , because the drink I requested , no need to so zesty about it sir) after getting to the window and paying for my meal, I was shortly met with an aggressive mexican woman who had nothing but negativity spewing from her mouth calling me a liar that I didnt pay, refusing to give me the food I paid for then having to go so far to prove to them that I had them go and check camera only to be met again with more disgust that I was told I never paid and that the reciept that was JUST GIVEN TO ME they say shows I was there half an hour ago, which if they would have looked on cameras like they said they did they would have seen I hadnt been there all day. The food I was given was nasty the mash was completely salty, the fries staturated in salt and harder than a rock and MY CHICKEN WAS RAW Pink right in the middle of my chicken, I would have taken a picture but my husband threw it away while I threw up. Worst service, worst customer caren absolute worst morals and care about anyone...

It used to be that franchise food establishments were considered foolproof since everyone was supposed to be trained the same and anyone should be able to handle most of the responsibilities. I can't tell you how long it's been since I received WHAT I ORDERED! Popeyes is no different. We don't eat out much because the prices are outrageous, but when we do, we would like to get what we ordered. At the drive-through window, I repeated what I wanted. A 2 piece all breast dinner and a 2 piece leg and thigh dinner. Then the girl says we need to order a drink. So, I said, fine, Iced tea. She repeats my order and it was wrong. I correct her. She still can't get it right. She calls someone else to the call box. You can't get a "meal" with a drink. It needs to be a combo. I said, I don't want combos, no drinks, I just want the 2 - 2 piece dinners I ordered. I reordered and he repeated the order correctly. I get to the window, the girl taking the money repeated the order. It was correct. Get home, the order is NOT correct?????? WTH? receipt has it correct, but this is NOT a leg and thigh????? Ive had the MOST NEGATIVE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION!!! I live in north phoenix, ate here job is nearby went home with food. Evrything was wrong. no spicy chicken no napkins no bbq no sauces etc. I called and spoke with Crystal(a manager) she gave me a code when I visit back there. I drove all the way down there same day and Crystal was not there so I asked to speak to another manger or someone who could help me. Bad IDEA! Jose made me and my brother look like FOOLS. I told him the situation to get my food order correct and he looked confuse even when I explained what was going on. he started to raise his voice and say" we don't have no codes, theres no code003 code004" I said That's what Crystal told me over the phone and he acted like she never said anything. I kept informing him I HAD TALKED TO CRYTSAL 30MIN PRIOR. SMH I WILL NEVER EAT HERE IM TELLING EVERYONE AND EVERYONE BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION. JOSE & CRYSTAL go screw eachother.
