Taco Bell — Restaurant in Four Corners States

If your name is Connor and work at this location, I truly hope you see this and that you quit and find somewhere to work that will value you.

My family went through the drive thru this afternoon. A lady took our order, I ordered a medium Baja blast. It rang up more than usual but we didn’t think much of it. When we got to the window, Connor gave us a Baja blast freeze. I told him that I didn’t order that. I didn’t want a freeze, just a medium regular soda. Remember, HES not the one who took our order. It was the lady who was standing next to him who I assume, was the manager. She was older, short with dark hair. When I tell you this lady was trying to humiliate Connor when all he was trying to do, was the right thing. She didn’t want to refund me to the correct price because “it was almost the same price anyways”. I don’t care if it’s only a $1-$2 difference, I want to pay the correct price. She’s the one who put the freeze. Not Connor. And she didn’t want to fix her mistake. She stood there next to him yelling “Come on Connor. We have a line full of cars” “hurry up Connor” “I TOLD you the price is almost the same Connor so it’s fine”. This poor guy looked so sad and just had a blank face. I yelled through the window that it wasn’t his fault, it was hers. If this is happening in front of a family with 3 kids, I can only imagine how awful she is without anyone present. She needs to be fired. She’s an awful look for Taco Bell. I wouldn’t go back to this location just because of her.

The first time in this establishment and after four minutes of waiting I,my daughter, and my girlfriend are greeted with a friendly hi. I ordered 3 taco supremes with no tomatoes, a bean burrito,and a drink. Two #3's for my daughter and girlfriend. The clerk who cannot speak English very well repeated back to me my order that did not include my order at all. I repeated myself three times and she said okay and charged me $16.95. When I was called to pick up my order I was handed three tacos. I asked where the rest of order was and she smiled and said okay and walked away. I raised my voice in the direction she was heading to alert her that I still need the rest of my order. After much deliberation with her and telling her that I still need two #3 Burrito Supremes with drink, another drink for me and the bean burrito, she again smiled and walked away. The manager person on duty stepped in when my voice was raised to a higher level that indicated to that manager person that something was amiss. I repeated again what it was that I ordered,showing him I have the tacos but nothing else. After five more minutes of waiting I received three more tacos,two burrito supremes and two taco supremes three drinks and a thank you come again with a wave. I still never got the bean burrito. My suggestion here would be for those who work here to become more fluent in the English language in a predominantly English...

I've been to this location multiple times and this is the 1st time I've heard or seen Thomas B, the drive threw cashier. He didn't hear me correctly and he got my order wrong, I corrected my order and he says "you need to be specific" . I said "I was being specific ordering the regular chaplupa box with a Pepsi". I then pulled up to the window and he's taking a order from the next customer being rude and snappy to them too. He was finished and said to his co-worker that people today are awful. I looked at him and said he was being rude to the customers, he then said "I'm the best so whatever, you Scottsdale people are rude" he kept running his mouth at me so his coworker shut the window since my food wasn't ready yet. When I left, I called to get his name, the gal who answered didn't want to give me his name so she put a mgr on the phone. I expressed how rude and disrespectful Thomas was and all she said was " sorry, thomas is one of our best cashiers" I told her that it's not ok to treat others with such disrespect. I can't believe that a business allows this behavior. I will not be coming back. Thomas had no right to put me in a category like he did, I don't even live in Scottsdale but for him to even act like this especially when he's working and Taco Bell to allow it, I'm done with this Taco Bell and will be spreading the word.
