This is by far the worst pizza experience that I've ever had to interact with. I placed my order online which stated my order would be delivered within 36 minutes or less. After an hour and a half I called and spoke to a female employee who told me "it'll get here whenever it does", and then hung up on me. I called back, and spoke to the exact same employee who told me to wait until somebody was available to address my situation, and then hung up on me a second time. After waiting an hour and a half for my delivery and being hung up on twice by the same person, I asked to speak to the manager, and ended speaking to Thomas from store location 6604 FM 78 SA TX, who told me that the delivery time was 90 minutes whether I liked it or not regardless of the 36 minutes timeline that was given to me when I placed the order. I explained to Thomas that I had my family who was hungry and have been waiting an hour and a half for our meal and I needed to know when our order will be delivered in accordance with the estimated delivery time. Thomas became irate with me and told me if I didn't like their delivery time, he would rather give it to me free then deal with me. I accepted that offer since it was already an hour overdue and because he got so upset and was so unprofessional oh, and decided to hang up on me. I accepted his offer, and canceled the transaction with my bank after informing the delivery driver and offering him a substantial tip for his services. Stay away from this establishment because they do not care whatsoever about customers, have no problem hanging up on their customers 3 times and could not care less about maintaining any ongoing customers. I will never ever again order from this company, and I don't mean this location either. This was such a horrible experience that Thomas has cost not just his franchise, but domino's entirely next two generations of customers. F* dominos, they don't even deserve to be...
Read moreIf I could give 10 stars I would! My roommate ordered pizza while I was embroiled neck deep in attempting to break into my vehicle, to rescue my keys (lol). When Jose/Lupe (I knew i should have written this review immediately! Unfortunately, I am not sure of his name was Jose or Lupe, but for recognitions sake, he drives a black truck 🙂) arrived, he took our pizza to the door, received payment and tip, and got back into his truck. (I should point out that I was parked across the street, so he really didn't know that he had just delivered MY pizza) As he started to drive off, he regarded me for a moment, rolled his window down, and asked me if I needed any help; then got out of his truck and tried his hardest to help me. We were unsuccessful and I had to tell Jose/Lupe that I released him, because he was reluctant to leave a lady stranded. That was when I informed him that he had just delivered MY pizza and not to worry.
You are probably wondering how my story has anything to do with Domino's Pizza. It doesn't, except that that young man had on a Domino's Pizza uniform. That young man could have glanced over and bid me a wave as he drove off. But he didn't. He took the time to help a lady he didn't know, and who wasn't paying him for it.
However, since this is a review for Domino's Pizza, let me go ahead and tell y'all that the pizza, pasta and cinnamon twists were delicious. This location is one of only 2 in all of San Antonio that, when i say "extra extra sauce on pasta", they accommodate. Everyone at this location is cheerfully accommodating every time I order. On the very rare occasions that something goes wrong, the manager goes out of his way to offer solutions before I have to ask. This is, hands down, the best Domino's Pizza in...
Read moreWorse customer service ever. Ordered delivery through the app but our pizza wasn't made correctly (strike 1), so I called the store to let them know and they said they put a credit for a large any topping pizza on our account. I called a week or two later to redeem our credit, but the credit wasn't on our account (strike 2). The manager (Johnny) I spoke with about redeeming our credit had zero customer service skills. He said there was absolutely nothing he could do since there wasn't a credit on our account, didn't even try to remedy the situation, and wouldn't give me the district manager's number (all strike 3). I called the franchise office and they immediately gave me the district manager's (Ryan) phone number. I called the district manager and he said he would call me back, but I never received a call back despite calling him a couple more times (strike 4). I called the main office again the next day and they said they would have him call me, still nothing over a week later (strike 5). I called the main office again today and they're sending us two gift certificates for large any topping pizzas that we can use at any location. We will definitely NOT being using them at the Converse location and we will NOT be purchasing anything from the Converse...
