Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Converse

Let me start by saying I know this is a new location. Service at the window has been excellent. Drinks have been well crafted, but every time I get there, there’s a huge line and only one person taking orders. Not only that, but the person taking orders never seems to understand how the two-lane system is supposed to work. I will admit, this is an anger fueled review. This morning I was skipped over because I chose the shorter lane. The car whose order got taken over mine came after me was well. What is the point of having the two-lane merger if it isn’t going to be executed properly. I just feel there needs to be a bit more training and more people taking orders during the morning rush. This is the only Dutch Bros location I have ever experienced this issue with.

Otherwise everything else is great here. Just be careful driving through the Chili’s parking lot. The holes are hard...

I would highly recommend they had amazing and fast service I give this Dutch Bros 5 stars all around. The customer service is amazing friendly associates all around. The atmosphere is not bad at all you’ll catch yourself singing along to the music that they have around the building. The drinks are great they have multiple combinations you can choose from they work well enough to turn it into whatever you want whether it be coffee, hot chocolate, soda. I am so sorry but I don’t usually give reviews with low stars. However, this Dutch bros gets a 3. The staff is always very nice. But they always burn the hot drinks. It’s like they leave the milk in the steamer way too long and when you actually sip your drink it’s burnt. Not only is it scalding hot but the milk taste burnt. It’s been repeatedly time after time consistent with this. Again if you like this location then continue to go. The staff is great and the location is great.
