Judson Market — Local services in Converse

Please do yourself a Big favor and don't go to "Brident Dental" located in the Judson Market on off Crestway and FM78 in Converse, TX.

Most of the staff are incompetent . They don't communicate well, no callbacks, urgency, or genuine care unless they are trying to get a great survey from you. "There is no consistency at all." They lose your bridges, partials, and dentures.

I only needed a partial for 2 teeth on both sides of my jaw. I informed them that I wanted the same one I had before. Instead, they ordered me a much higher priced one, saying it was better than what I had. So I received it, but my mouth rejected the material, the material cut into my gums, and caused so much pain. I went back 3 times for an adjustment, however, to no avail. They were trying to have Dentist do what a prosthodontist does. (Probably because of what it costs to pay him.)

So they went ahead and fitted me for a new one, not the plastic pink one. It would take 4 to 5 months because of the unavailability of the prosthodontist schedule.

I finally get to my almost final fitting, and he was trying to place someone's else's full dentures in my mouth, and I don't wear "full dentures."( I'm only missing two teeth on both sides of my bottom portion of my jawline. So just teeth is all I need) I don't need a whole row. These weren't mine at all, wow!! Incompetent from the Mgr to the Dentist, smdh!!!

The Mgr Faith apologized and literally acted like she never knew what was going on but admitted she is supposed to check the lab order boxes when they came in, but she hadn't checked them. She said she would see about finding mine as well as check with the Dental lab to see if there still at the lab. Mind you, this was on a Thursday, and by Monday, Mgr.Faith still hadn't called to update me. I literally had to call her...yet she had no update...

Not the market as a whole, but brident specifically is garbage. The dentist refused to work on me, I'm a 40 year old man in tears because of dental pain, and he said no. They say they offer emergency dental care, which they don't. It's really just a walk-in, and you just sit there and wait for an opening. No sense of urgency from anybody there as they are sitting there watching tremble in pain. I wish I could rate even lower, they don't even deserve the one star. Absolute garbage...

Went to Gamestop with my 10 year old grandson. He's always messing up the controller for his PS5. They're so good with him. This time we took in 3 that were broke. 1 was fixable so the clerk fixed it and showed us how if it happened again. He gave us really fair trade ins for the other 2, so we walked out with a new controller that was discounted and the one the clerk fixed. Win...
