Tonight, I visited this Taco Bell location through the drive-thru. After making my payment, the employee at the window instructed me to drive around and park in the mobile pickup area. I respectfully declined because there was already a car parked ahead of me, and I ordered through the drive-thru, not as a mobile pickup.
I then politely asked for napkins and sauce to complete my order, and she acknowledged my request. Another young man, who did not introduce himself, came to the window to talk to me about timers. I’m not sure why that was relevant to my order. I explained to him that I was waiting for my food and that I would remain in the drive-thru as is standard when using the drive-thru.
Instead of professionalism, I was met with hostility. He raised his voice, accused me of being “non-compliant,” and said I was being “problematic.” I calmly stated that I was simply waiting for the food I had already paid for. He then slammed the window shut.
A third employee, who appeared to be working in the kitchen, also came to the window yelling, demanding that I move forward to the mobile pickup area. Again, I asked a very simple question: “Is my food ready?” He could not provide a professional or courteous answer. Eventually, they threw my bag at me without the condiments or napkins I requested.
I waited at the window to ask for the missing items, only to be told that I could “go inside” to get them myself. I never stepped inside—I used the drive-thru for a reason, and the lack of basic customer service, rudeness, and hostility I experienced was completely uncalled for.
My order, my time, and my payment mattered just as much as anyone else’s. I expect respect and professionalism, and this was completely unacceptable. When getting home the fries was missing the dipping sauce.
I hope that management addresses this situation seriously and provides retraining on respectful and appropriate customer interaction.

Read moreToday was a great day and I wanted to treat my kiddos for lunch. They were so ecstatic that we’re getting tacos today but boi that turn into a downfall. We arrived home and the kids were ready to eat, we equally had soft and hard tacos; my baby boy got to his last taco which was the soft taco, he called my name saying my taco is weird, it’s has something hard in it so he showed me. I was immediately disgusted🤢 I can’t believe that the person would wrap that taco with he/she fingernail in it.
I called discussing what my son discovered, at first the person was communicating like I was joking but I was being dead serious. They switched up their tone and was like you can bring it back and we’ll serve you a new party pack so I said alright but after I done thought about it, I’m like nope only because I don’t know what else you going to serve me and my family.
Thank you but no thank you. I’ll pass and I won’t...
