I took a chance coming to this clinic to get a "fresh" start" with a new doctor and it is also much closer to where I live. I had come from the UHS North clinic and was under the care of Dr. Hayes. Let's just say we were not a fit as I do not think it is necessary to hop on prescription medication or opt for surgical procedures unless all non-invasive treatments have failed. She also came across as judgmental that I am not opting for the recommended treatment as if I was not doing the research before coming to my decision (aka uneducated) My last straw with her was telling her my experience with 2 endocrinologists ( I was seeing. One erroneously read another patients lab results instead of mine, telling me I had stage 4 congestive heart failure levels of cholesterol. The other, her boss, would not comment on the issue and neither did Hayes.

As for my visit here. I initially explained to the NP, Ms. Beavers, that I was there for continued treatment of a chronic condition and someone to run routine lab work for preventative measures. I also mentioned I follow more of a naturopathic approach to treatment and wanted a doctor who would LISTEN about medication being a last resort. I don't know what she heard, but she starts lecturing me about how she has protocols to follow and shes not going to give me a treatment plan because I ask for one. I explained to her if I followed all Dr.'s treatment plans without question, I'd be on overly medicated. This is when she cuts me off, annoyed to ask, "What is it you want from me then?" So much for the LISTENING requirement. I explained to her that again, as I said in the beginning (also noted on my questionnaire AND to the MA) I needed to be under a PCP's care for a chronic condition and routine lab work. I also explained I am only explaining the anti-prescription drug stance because of my past experience with doctors. This is when Ms. Beavers brings in a MA by the name of Linda (a wonderfully caring MA I might add). She said she needed to bring someone else in to make sure she's not misunderstanding me. After Linda was brought in, I tried to give some more background info by explaining my latest Dr. gaffe incident where I was given the wrong lab work. (She apologized for the mix up, but asked not to get her fired.) To my shock, Ms. Beavers cut me off mid explanation to lecture me further (as if I ought to be the one ashamed of myself) to say that she knows the endocrinologist I am speaking of and all Dr.'s at my old clinic are "wonderful" because she's worked there for 13 years. She also said the endocrinologist in question was "very sick", and what was I looking for "an apology from her?" Wow. Considering, the doctor insisted the labs were mine and I actually started thinking about living wills.;Yes. I am owed a HUGE apology from every Dr. I tried telling after the fact who would not respond. Or worse yet, DEFENDED the Dr who made the error as being sick. My question now is, if even her colleagues knew how sick she was, why was she allowed to continue practicing medicine? This appt had me very distraught at the realization that these Dr's/NP didn't have my best interests at heart. Yet, they do seem to have each other's backs. So much for ethics and oaths. Ironically, at the end of the visit when my previous lab work was finally looked over,, it was proved that based on my lab work values, I've managed my health well and made it a point to tell Ms. Beaver that if I took every doctors advice, my labs would not look that way. After she walked out of the room and another wonderful MA, Tori came in, I was shaking mad and still welling up from this experience to add to my mental collection. Tori was very comforting and I ended up deciding I absolutely wanted that apology from her before I left. I waited 10 mins, but I was told she was with another patient and she'd call me when the clinic closed. However, considering, I arrived at 12:30p for a 1p appt and was not seen until 2:42p AND the clinic has been closed for two hours, I guess I shouldn't hold my breath. BE OUR...

I wouldn’t recommend coming to this specific location. I have a lump in my breast something I found on my own. Came here to double check it wasn’t cancer and ask for an inhaler. I waited two hours to see ms. Beavers and she finally came in had me undress and wait an additional 30 min then she came in for about 5 min felt my breast and said yup there’s a lump it’s probably a cyst. And told me to come back if it doesn’t go away. Then I asked about my breathing problems and she said she could only see me for one thing at a time. She only spent 7 min max in that room to tell me something I already knew. When I spoke to the front desk she said it’s probably because I asked to be billed so she doesn’t get paid for the visit so apparently asking to be billed prevented me from getting treatment. Something they should mention to...

This place will put lies in your medical records saying you have a sleeping disorder to where you stop breathing in your sleep. And lie and say you have a history of cancer on your medical charts. Do not waist your time, it's only a NP that is here i have never seen the medical doc even in the same office. Do not go here unless you want lie entered into your charts. Dahl is the NP it's either her or the team in the office either way I am in the process of reporting them to the proper authorities. Putting things like this I'm people medical records will hinder their wellbeing causing people to be able to file false paperwork on you saying you need to always live with someone or have a caregiver. So let it happen to me i will sue this whole practice for causing mental anguish...
