I shop here often but having products on the shelf is hardly what earns the experience rather than customer relations. I very rarely ask for assistance or confirmation on anything but today I was obligated to due to an item marked on the shelf to be on clearance but still rang up full price at the register. I matched up sku numbers multiple times before grabbing the product to purchase. The cashier and I kindly negotiated that the product was on clearance and she needed a price check, no big deal. Whoever was on the other end of her radio reported that it was not and claimed to see no tags related to my needed confirmation. The cashier then gets smirky with me like Iām the problem, upon which I return to the aisle and see that someone has taken the tag down and it shouldnāt have been up in the first place. I then spoke to the rep behind the gun counter who told me that they were not on clearance and that it must be another product that it referred to as if they didnāt already take the tag down.
Point is, they had an error on their shelving and thatās okay. The kicker is that they insult my intelligence by telling me that the clearance tag āmayā have referred to a different product rather than admitting to an honest mistake of their storeās doing. I will no longer expect any positive results will I ever need assistance from a store employee again.
After all, I hope a negative review will result in some changes in customerās experience. I didnāt deserve the attitude nor did we have to waste any time if they had just said āYea, I see the tag but it should have been removed, the clearance is over on that...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery irritated after today lost all respect for the Conway Academy. I have my concealed license went in and bought a gun. Did the whole process got cleared however, my money is stored in my husbandās wallet and when we went to purchase, of course my husband pulled out the cash out of his wallet that was my money. The guy named Cody immediately started yelling and said did you just pull that money out of your wallet. He said yes! Itās her GUN! Itās our money we are married. He continued yelling and saying Iām not selling this gun to you now. Iām not mad about them not selling the gun to me if thatās a law and a rule. Iām mad about how he immediately started yelling and being rude. When all he had to do was politely. Say store or law rules since I saw the money come out of his wallet the sale can no longer go forward! So I needed to know how long it would be until I can buy this gun from them. He kept cutting me off saying you canāt buy the gun. I said yes I get that but for how long indefinitely? Just today? How long? He finally said 30 days! We did call customer service. The red headed guy was sweet and asked why I was calling to speak to a manager. I explained and he said ohh yes I did see that happen I will send you to a store manager. The store manager apologized but also sounded like it was a Iām sorry Iāll talk to my employees about this. So who knows what will happen. Hopefully they do train the employees. ā¦. Geez what a day. However since the way the store handled I will take my business elsewhere at least when it...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is a regular stop for me in Conway usually. If it wasn't for my experience last night... this would be 5 stars. Bought a pit boss grill last night. Asked for assistance and was sent two employees that were the minimalist of help. We were informed there was no box for the grill we wanted. Couldn't get help collapsing the grill. Ended up doing it myself which resulted in me injuring my thumb by pinching it between the bars while the 2 proceeded to just stand there. My wife ended up pulling pressure off to where I could get my thumb out. No report was filed or manager advised of what happened. They proceeded to roll the grill to the register but only after asking. Wife pulled Jeep around and the employees loaded it into the vehicle. After getting grill home in Ola, AR did we realise after unloading it that it's...
