I do wonder why they built this place when they did. Big retail is pretty much dead and you can tell it every time you go to this place. It's like a ghost mall. I mean yeah there's a few cars - but compare it to Conway Commons and it looks like most places here at this new spot will be going out of business within the year. I just can't imagine that sales are all that great for any place with a store here - except of course for Sam's with their hordes of mooing cattle that go there every day, and the restaurants that we apparently can't get enough of.
The PetCo and Michaels there really kind of suck. They're like a PetCo and a Michaels that somebody put into the copier and downsized by 50%......small copies of the 'real' stores. Sort of similar to Best Buy in Conway in that regard.
I like having an Ulta, because I can buy really nice hair accessories without having to add them as "Add On Items" on my Amazon orders.....but apart from that, no real use...
