We got to the store and were told by one worker that they were out of three different cookies. We asked another worker if they were out for the night or if they were making some more and she said they were making some more and that it would be like 10-15 minutes for them. so we agreed to wait and just placed the order. We waited maybe like 20-30 minutes and then went to check on the order and were given some confusing responses. We were told that their oven wasn’t working so they could refund us for two of the cookies. They “did that” but I looked at my receipt and the whole order was refunded, not just two of the cookies. So we went back inside to see if we were still getting the other two cookies. While we were sorting that out, we noticed that they were selling the two cookies we had tried to order but were told they were out. So we tried to order those two cookies again and we thought we were finally going to get our order. They made us reorder the other two cookies that they weren’t supposed to refund us for. And after all of that, they ran out of one of those cookies yet again and we were told that it was “first come first serve” but we had been there for an hour trying to get them. So far my worst experience...

Cookies tasted good. On the expensive side, which I knew before going in. Wanted to get a 6 pack of the minis split into 2 boxes for a birthday gift and one for myself. The employee told me I had to get 2 of the 3 pack minis and that it was the same price. Checked online and I could have saved $2 if I got the 6 pack. Guess they wanted to charge for the extra box.

Only real criticism I have is the friendliness of the employees. It felt a little unwelcoming and they weren't polite. I don't expect them to roll out a red carpet when I walk in, but I didn't get a single smile or a thank you. The employee just handed me my cookies and walked away without saying anything.

Customer service goes a long ways for me and I'm much more likely to frequent a place with friendly staff. The attitudes of the employees and high price makes me a bit hesitant...

My work gets these delivered to us all the time but most the time they taste raw and its just a decorative sugar cookie. I would love to order some for myself but they only offer select flavors a week and never have the only two flavors ill eat. Like this week pink velvet, pink donut,pink sugar which is, you guessed it, sugar cookies!!!!! Out of 5 flavors 3 are basic sugar cookies. Isn't this place supposed to be something unique. Not so unique to have half your menu be sugar cookies with just a different sprinkle or color icing. Lets not even get started about the price of the over glorified sugar cookies. The smart business decision would be to open up your menu more and have more variety. You'd get more of my business anyways. Well that and don't make them raw. That...
