Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Conway

I have never had a bad experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Conway, until today! After a long day at work, my husband asked me to pick up wings. So I placed a mobile order and was there probably 10 minutes before the quoted time, so I expected to wait a little bit.. I walked in the take out area and there was one man in front of me. A lady came in behind me shortly after I walked in. The nice girl taking care of the man was very polite smiled and very courteous.. Then a girl walked out of the kitchen and went straight to the lady behind me asking if she had a order. She never acknowledged me and acted as if I wasn't there even though I was obviously 2nd in line. After a few minutes the 1st girl came out and asked me if I had been helped, of course I said no I have not, and she began to help me and went to check on my order. She came back to let me know that it would be a few more minutes which I was totally fine with. The other girl on the other hand still never acknowledged that I was there, never made eye contact, never spoke and was all around very unfriendly. After I received my food I checked my bag once I got home, which is about 45 minutes away. I did not receive fries for my combo meal nor the kids drink that I had ordered.. While it is not a big deal about the food, I am more upset about the lack of customer service from the 2nd lady.

I have never written a bad review for a restaurant, because I have been in the restaurant industry most of my life. So I know that it is not always one person's fault when things go wrong, But customer service, being friendly and courteous is something that every person has...

I normally love Buffalo Wild wings but this was the worst experience ever. We got in at 9pm and waited for our food for 1hr, during the wait they didn't even get the TV changed to the game we were wanting to watch till after it had ended. Once our food came out it was the wrong order and we waited another 30 minutes for them to bring out the correct food. Once we got our food we had already waited 1 hour and 30 minutes. After getting our wings, they forgot our fries and had to go back for our fries. We finally got our full meal after 1 hour and 45 minutes of waiting. On top of that, this was 95 dollars for me and my wife to share a plate of boneless wings and my 3 little brothers to eat a cheeseburger on the kids menu. We got waters to drink as well. This was outrageous prices, terrible service and way too long of a wait. We didnt leave till after 11pm just from waiting so long. I ended up getting my meal to go because I was tired and ready to go home. We couldn't even watch our game during the long wait. We asked several times just to have a closer TV turned to the channel so we could see the game a little closer. I almost walked out at 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting, and they finally brought the food out. I will never go back to this restaurant again. I'm not one to complain but this was just...

Absolutely one of my worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. I went in my myself and was seated in the bar area. From the beginning my waitress had a bad attitude, looking annoyed at everything I said or asked. Despite it being a week day and the place was maybe half full it took 30+ minutes to get my wings. When my drink ran out my waitress walked by no less than 5 times and never refilled it. At one point she was standing about 30ft away talking to someone for well over 10 minutes. Her service was bad enough that a waitress from another section came over to check on me. On top of all this the chicken was way over cooked. Some pieces were ok while others were tough and rubbery but what finally did me in was the piece that tasted like slime. Even after I finally got my waitresses attention to pay it took another 10 minutes to get my change.

So not staying for a game or friends i was here for over an hour with subpar service and below subpar chicken. I dont like leaving long ranting reviews but this...
