6-10 UPDATE…Went to chilis two weeks ago and we sat at the bar as usual and the food and service was fantastic.
Went back yesterday for more tenders, been craving them since the last visit. This time had my sister in law and 1yr old nephew so we sat in the dining room. THE SERVICE WAS AWFUL and all over the place!!! It wa for lack of people they had quite a lot of servers and runners. Our server herself was friendly when she came to the table. She initially walked past us maybe 4 times before actually coming to greet us and get orders. This was the same when the table next to us got sat. She walked by several times before actually greeting them as well. The system they have with those tablets has clearly taken away the personal touches and does not work as efficiently as I think it’s supposed to. After she entered our order different people brought iut each different food item. Even with the tablet system the food came out messed up. First the app was incorrect. We had to wait for the server to fix it. We got the triple dipper and one item was wrong. Again the server was great and fixed it, but it took a lot to get her attention to come back to the table and by the time the right item came out we had already almost finished our food. She didn’t check in on us until we were almost done so we couldn’t get refills on drinks or let her know the order was incorrect. Tried to get her attention but she was always looking down into the tablet not interacting with guests. The meals themselves also had issues but we knew by this point to address it with the food runner who tried to help, but we had to wait for the server to actually come to the table to make it right. The food itself was very good. Hot and tasty. I know we will be back but definitely won’t sit in the dining room again.
March 2023: Stewart at the bar is great! That is about the best I got. From sitting at the bar you can see into the kitchen and what Ive seen, I wont eat the food. Cooks eating off the line with their hands, vaping, sneezing and wiping it on their pants. Stick to the drinks you can...
Read moreMy server Crystal was very charismatic & quick at getting our order in & out. However, she did get mine out & it was made with mayo after i had already said no mayo (i have an allergy). I asked if i could get it remade and the food runner took it to the back. Within 3 minutes they handed it to me & i could smell the mayo/see it still on the bun. I had my waitress take it back & just told her I didn’t want anything else. In this time, she proceeds to tell me instead of it having been remade they had thrown it into the fryer to “cook it off”. I had it at that rate. That meant ANYTHING that came out of that fryer was now contaminated (crossing foods where they shouldn’t be!!) and was inedible for me. At this point the waitress was arguing with me about a ranch i had ordered for my husband. I knew i was allergic to it but he wasn’t. he wanted it & she was trying to use it as “gotcha” moment. She also tried to talk me out of not eating it & asked me if I was upset. I wasn’t upset until I found out they had contaminated the fryer therefore throwing out any potential of my remake being safe. Whats most frustrating was that if I hadn’t of noticed the fried mayo on my sandwich, i would have gotten sick due to lazy staff. This is both kitchen and the servers fault. Server shouldn’t have brought me something with my allergen still on it (knowingly) and the kitchen should know better than to serve something with an allergen still on it. Really ruined my dinner with family before we dropped my brother off for college. Would’ve really ruined it if I had been hospitalized.

Read more(This was on February 13th, 2022) My husband and I weren't too pleased with the experience we had getting a curbside order from the Conway chili's tonight. We ordered online, and used their "customize item" feature to make sure my burger was made correctly. I'm very picky and do not like ANY cheese on my burger, at all so we selected no cheese. Sure enough, the food came out, we checked between the buns, and the burger was cooked with cheese on it. The cheese had been scraped off after it was cooked, but there was a decent sized glob of cheese stuck to the bottom bun and cheese was melted and cooked into the burger. I can't eat it like that so we sent it back. This has happened at so many Chili's locations before, so i always check before leaving. It took a very long time to get the burger again, where we sat in the car and the rest of our food got cold. The second burger finally came but it had cheese on it again!! The employee working to-go was very nice and apologetic, and we remained very polite too but this was not a good experience other than that. We picked up our food at 5:22 according to the receipt and at 6:13pm they brought us the second incorrect order. Like I said, the employee working curbside was very polite and professional, it was not her fault she entered the orders correctly, they just kept making it wrong. They finally got it right the 3rd time, but at that point we had sat in the curbside parking for over an hour and a half, everything else we ordered was cold, and the ice cream we got with our cookie was completely melted.
