I can’t recommend Flatbread Company enough! The pizza here is absolutely out of this world. If you’re a pizza lover, this place is a must-try. Vegetarian Pizza: The potato on the pizza was a game-changer—such a unique and unforgettable taste that I can’t stop thinking about it. The crust was perfectly crisp and had just the right amount of chewiness, while the toppings balanced each other wonderfully. The portion size is generous too, and while it’s slightly overpriced, it’s definitely worth it for the incredible flavor that you won’t find anywhere else. Service: The service was fantastic. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. They were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced the overall dining experience. Ambience: The ambience is really unique. You get to watch the pizza being cooked in a wood-fired oven, which adds a rustic, cozy feel to the place. It’s not just about the food, but the experience of being there. The vibe is casual yet welcoming, and the open kitchen setup gives the space an inviting, interactive energy. Ranch: The ranch that comes with the pizza is ridiculously tasty—rich and creamy with a hint of tanginess that complements the pizza perfectly. I could probably dip everything in it. It’s that good! The pairing really elevates the flavors of the pizza and makes each bite even more satisfying. Wait: We had to wait about an hour for a table, which I was a bit doubtful about at first. However, once I tasted the pizza, I completely understood the hype and realized it was worth every minute. The long wait speaks to how popular and loved this place is, and it didn’t disappoint once we got seated. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’m already planning my next visit. If you love good food and a fun dining atmosphere, this place is absolutely worth it!

I've been traveling up the East coast for a minute and have had some pretty good and pretty bad food that I haven't reviewed because it was mediocre, but this place is so bad I have to break the silence. We ordered an "all natural organic" lemonade that was neither but it was a 1:4 ratio of caustic white sugar and a half teaspoon too much laboratory grade citric acid. Then came the pizza. We ordered their Mopsy's Kalua Pie, which stated it had organic mango BBQ sauce as a base. What we received tasted of the sweetest strawberry jam i have ever tasted. Had it been served with peanut butter it would have been closer to a pb&j sandwich than a desert pizza which it was neither. It was so bad we categorically had a better slice at a gas station in upstate NY and it was a "breakfast" pizza. The service was quick, pushy, and cold. They didn't ask if we wanted apps or dessert, just "eat and leave". Honestly, it was the fastest I ever received a check which would have been nice had the waitress been at all hospitable. The atmosphere is chokingly muggy, stuffy, and loud. The booths and tables are crammed together like grocery isles that only fit one cart. Come to think of it, the busy gas station had a better vibe check as well. I would never recommend to even my worst enemies to eat at or order delivery from this place and now from that chain. Don't learn the hard way. Run.

This place is cool. Huge fireplace at the main way Two gigantic pizza ovens. All wood burning. The only knock is that we sat for 20 minutes before we saw a waitress while other party's, that were seated well after us, were served promptly. Right before we were about to leave, unknown to the server of course, we were greated and profusely apologized to. Someone noticed just in the nick of time and I'm glad they did. We would have missed out on a gem. Maple lemonade.... It's amazing. It's subtle, but the maple is there. Got the sausage special and a the cheese. Cheese was amazing. Undercarriage was perfect. 100 percent flop on some slices, 0 on otheres, but this is a different cut pizza. So you will get both. Either way it's good! 8.3 out of ten all day? Sausage was sauce less, but since all other pizzas described the sauce, this is on me. Sundried tomatoes, caramelized onions. It was good but not my cup of tea. The tomatoes added a little too sweet of a bite. 6.2. There's a lot going on. Maybe too much. Crust was amazing and worthy of a gold medal, if it hasn't got multiple yet. Would 100 percent go back. Drove over an hour to check this place out and willing to do it again! #bpwreview

As a party of 5 the table was very large and comfortable. The atmosphere was alright. It's an interesting building. The roof looks like it has a bad leak. They have water stains on the ceiling and curtains. The waitress came over and took the drink order. Dropped off drinks and one of the people in the party was not sure exactly what they had gotten. So they asked for confirmation that it was not an adult beverage. The waitress said NO! It's made in house! As if the question was offensive. It was not what they had expected and was looking for clarification. Then the waitress offered a different drink (a nice gesture) the person said that the lemonade was fine and they would stay with it. The waitress stood at the table staring at us. It was very uncomfortable. When I ordered food I asked specifically for 1/2 the pizza be pepperoni and 1/2 caramelized onion. I asked to keep them separate. I don't eat meat the person I was sharing the pizza with does. If made correctly the pepperoni should be able to stay on one side. If I can manage to make that happen at home a restaurant should be able to succeed at that task. When it arrived 3/4 of the pizza was pepperoni. It hardly had any caramelized onion on it. It had been cut so the pepperoni was on the slices of the caramelized onion. I asked the person who brought it to the table for a sharp knife. The person who brought it to the table was different from the waitress. We didn't see the waitress much after they took the food order. If we had we would have asked for clean cups and silverware. Something was stuck on two of the cups and one set of silverware. Along with straws for the members of the table who did not get one. When I asked for a knife they said you have one. I said that's a butter knife. They looked at me like I was crazy. I said I would like to cut the meat off the slices. They said we only have sharp knives in the kitchen. At this point I was frustrated. Obviously they cut the pizza with something. I didn't care if it was a sharp knife or a pizza cutter. But no solution was offered. Not to re cut it, not find a sharp knife, not too remake it so it was 1/2 & 1/2 or any other suggestions. I said NVM I'll just cut it with a butter knife. They walked off. The small part of the pizza that was left was good. But I wish I got to enjoy the full 1/2. We didn't get the bill until everyone was done eating. I guess this is a lesson to not order 1/2 & 1/2 pizzas from new to me restaurants. But people who are vegetarian be aware if this is something you care about. We went because of a birthday. We would have probably gotten dessert. It was not offered and the experience was...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Flatbread in North Conway, NH, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rustic decor, with its charming wood-fired oven, sets the perfect tone for a cozy meal.

The highlight of our visit was, without a doubt, the pizza. Flatbread serves some of the best pizza I've ever tasted. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, with a delightful chew that only a wood-fired oven can achieve. The toppings were fresh, flavorful, and generously applied, creating a harmonious blend of tastes and textures in every bite.

We tried the classic Pepperoni & Mushroom and the unique Mopsy's Kalua Pork Pie. Both were outstanding in their own right. The pepperoni had just the right amount of spice, and the mushrooms were cooked to perfection. The Kalua Pork Pie, with its combination of pork, pineapple, and cheese, was a delightful twist that left us craving more.

The staff at Flatbread were friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about their food. They made us feel right at home and were more than happy to accommodate our requests.

In addition to the fantastic food, the ambiance of Flatbread is perfect for a relaxed, enjoyable meal. Whether you're dining with family, friends, or even on a date, it's an ideal spot. The attention to detail in both the food and the service makes Flatbread a standout choice in North Conway.

If you find yourself in the area, do yourself a favor and visit Flatbread. You'll be treated to some of the best pizza around, served in a welcoming and cozy setting. It's a dining experience you won't...
