I can’t recommend Flatbread Company enough! The pizza here is absolutely out of this world. If you’re a pizza lover, this place is a must-try. Vegetarian Pizza: The potato on the pizza was a game-changer—such a unique and unforgettable taste that I can’t stop thinking about it. The crust was perfectly crisp and had just the right amount of chewiness, while the toppings balanced each other wonderfully. The portion size is generous too, and while it’s slightly overpriced, it’s definitely worth it for the incredible flavor that you won’t find anywhere else. Service: The service was fantastic. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. They were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced the overall dining experience. Ambience: The ambience is really unique. You get to watch the pizza being cooked in a wood-fired oven, which adds a rustic, cozy feel to the place. It’s not just about the food, but the experience of being there. The vibe is casual yet welcoming, and the open kitchen setup gives the space an inviting, interactive energy. Ranch: The ranch that comes with the pizza is ridiculously tasty—rich and creamy with a hint of tanginess that complements the pizza perfectly. I could probably dip everything in it. It’s that good! The pairing really elevates the flavors of the pizza and makes each bite even more satisfying. Wait: We had to wait about an hour for a table, which I was a bit doubtful about at first. However, once I tasted the pizza, I completely understood the hype and realized it was worth every minute. The long wait speaks to how popular and loved this place is, and it didn’t disappoint once we got seated. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’m already planning my next visit. If you love good food and a fun dining atmosphere, this place is absolutely worth it!

This place is cool. Huge fireplace at the main way Two gigantic pizza ovens. All wood burning. The only knock is that we sat for 20 minutes before we saw a waitress while other party's, that were seated well after us, were served promptly. Right before we were about to leave, unknown to the server of course, we were greated and profusely apologized to. Someone noticed just in the nick of time and I'm glad they did. We would have missed out on a gem. Maple lemonade.... It's amazing. It's subtle, but the maple is there. Got the sausage special and a the cheese. Cheese was amazing. Undercarriage was perfect. 100 percent flop on some slices, 0 on otheres, but this is a different cut pizza. So you will get both. Either way it's good! 8.3 out of ten all day? Sausage was sauce less, but since all other pizzas described the sauce, this is on me. Sundried tomatoes, caramelized onions. It was good but not my cup of tea. The tomatoes added a little too sweet of a bite. 6.2. There's a lot going on. Maybe too much. Crust was amazing and worthy of a gold medal, if it hasn't got multiple yet. Would 100 percent go back. Drove over an hour to check this place out and willing to do it again! #bpwreview

The pizza is delicious. You can definitely tell its made from scratch and has local ingredients. They offer all pizzas on gf crust as well and its actually a good substitute crust. You can't even tell that its gf. They offer many drink options including specialty cocktails utilizing local fruits. They also sell maine made sodas. Only issue is long wait times to get a table and to get the food. If going with kids, prepare them for lots of waiting. The restaurant does provide crayons and paper once you're sitting but we waited a good 30-45 for our pizzas after a 20 minute wait for a table. Staff wasn't the friendliest either. But the food is very very good. Also be aware that they often do fundraiser nights and we had people coming table to table to solicit you to buy raffle tickets during dinner.

Good food. Could have been great. Guessing the cooks running the oven don't know about bottom heat vs top. Pizzas fully cooked on top. Bottoms still undercooked. Still tasty. But not properly cooked. Probably should have taken a picture of the bottom but I never thought. Overall, very good. Edit review to mention. I 100% understand about the ovens being hard to master. I do that job for a living. Bottom heat is hard. You cook multiple pizzas back to back on the same spot? This is going to happen. Your job, as a pizza chef, is to keep track of your oven at all times. Know your hot spots. Your colder spots. And try to never cook two pizzas back to back on the same spot. Give that spot a minute to recover. Makes all the difference in the world.

I would say this is a hidden gem in North Conway, New Hampshire. I was in the area for a trade show and starving and searched Google and Flatbread co. popped up, so I thought I'd give it a try. My server Hannah W. recommended Mopsy's Kalua Pie with oven roasted free range chicken, organic mango barbecue sauce, red onions, fresh pineapple and goat cheese and Coevolution: Kalamata olives, organic rosemary, organic red onions for goat cheese, fire roasted sweet bread peppers, whole milk mozzarella, parmesan, homemade garlic oil and organic herbs so I got a half and half and it was completely satisfying and nourishing! I recommend a side salad with the house sesame dressing as well! What a great landing in this area! Thank you so much!
