McAlister's Deli — Restaurant in Conway

I was absolutely shocked at what happen to me but also what I was hearing and seeing at this location. I am such a fan of Mc Alister , absolutely love the food. I will NEVER go to this location again. It will be a long.g time before I go to any Mc Alister again. I had ordered and paid for my food online, 30 minutes prior to me getting there. I go inside and it was absolutely a mess. They lady at register telling people to leave, saying it will be at least 30 minutes or longer before you get food. She was telling them to go some where else.2 police officers even left. After waiting another 15 minutes I ask if it was ready she told me No that my order was next to be fixed. Now this is 45 minutes later from when I order and paid online. Told he no, I can't wait no longer I had an appointment to get to. I ask for a refund, she told me No they can't do that. I paid 35.00 for food I never got not to mention I was told I couldn't get my money back. I am so mad. I work all my life as manger in retail and business. I have never seen or herd such craziness. I would never allow an employee to tell a customer what she was. So I left no food and out 35.00. Would not recommend this location. Definitely need better customer...

Large, counter service deli chain serving sandwiches, soups, spuds, salads, sides and sweet tea sets its sights as the newcomer in town. Located in the newly developed Celebration Square with Eugenia's Steakhouse, this marks the sixth locale countywide. Founded in Mississippi over 30 years ago, it has opened more than 400 restaurants across 28 states. Bright, open dining room that runs a mixture of booths, tables and chair and high top counter in the back overlooking the floor to ceiling windows facing the large outdoor patio. Counter staff were personable and efficient and we were soon seated waiting for our order. One of our go to regulars is the McAlister's Club with deli fresh smoked turkey, Black Forest ham, crispy bacon, sharp cheddar, Provolone, spring mix, sliced tomato, mayo and McAlister's Honey Mustard on toasted wheat. The food was great when I finally got my entire order an hour and a half after placing it online. I thought the pickup window would make everything run smooth and avoid the line. They do stay very busy. I order 2 of the 2 for 8.99 meals, 2 kids meals and loaded nachos. When I get there I'm handed one bag and thankfully I checked it before pulling off. I was missing 3 meals. Told the woman working and gave her the receipt. Had to pull to curbside to wait. After about 15 minutes I was brought 2 full sandwiches. I thought they were being kind for forgetting 3/4 of my order but after waiting another 30 minutes I had to drive back through pickup to see where the rest of my food was. That's when a manager was brought back and they went through the bag i was given to figure out the mix up 45 minutes later. My other bag of food was sitting up front the entire time.
