Horrible service!
This McDonald's keeps getting worse and worse. The McD's next to Home Depot or near Boggy Creek on Narcoosse Rd have better service.
There are many reasons I could give as to why this location has continual horrible service. I have not posted any. Today though...
They take my order, are too busy talking to each other, can't remember my order and ask me to repeat it. I order 2 milk shakes with my food, pay for food, move up to pick up food (they give me the food) and they tell me park my car in one of the reserved areas that the milk shakes will take 10 minutes. Wow! Dear staff: tell me that when I order or before I pay - I would have cancelled. I requested a refund, they refused and made me wait for the shakes. I got the managers attention and told her I requested a refund, she too says no they are getting me the milk shakes. Are you freaking kidding!?! So as much as they wanted to preserve their precious time cars are waiting I did not move to a reserved area. With my kids in the car she proceeded to raise her voice at me and tell me they were changing the bags in the shake machine. "Just refund me the money for the shakes" I replied. She continued to refuse. The manager definitely needs retrained in customer service or demoted. This same female manager got into an argument with a male manager a couple months ago, in front of customers, and was more focused on proving her point to him than servicing customers. Enough already.
Here's the kicker...
I ordered 4 piece nugget meals for the kiddos and they only came with 3 pieces.
Not all staff are like this at this location, but the management they have there lately, in the nearly 6 years visiting this location, has gotten worse and worse.
I will drive out of my way and avoid...
Read moreUpdating this post with a current photo. Again, a plain cheesburger has CHEESE, MEAT AND BUNS... otherwise its a PLAIN HAMBURGER still after years of ordering the same thing including when adding the cheese option on the app... No CHEESE! At least ask the customer; YOU CAN NOT BLAME THE COMPUTER. The only reason I come to this store is because its local and hoping one day an order comes out right./// Updating this post from years ago... but seems as I don't learn my lesson or they still can't get it right. Did an order in the store, asked for assistance on entering a code... no assistance from one of the managers, I was able to then figure it out. Made the order for 2 plain cheese burgers combo... guess what I got (see attached photo) plus they messed up the McDouble as well. /// Original Post from a couple of years ago... Where do I start? Ive been to McDonalds all around the World and this is the worst. Customer Service is not there, forgot the waters and chocolate milks, never brought food to the table as they advertised. Fries were over cooked (this is the only reason to go here and they still didnt get this right).. McChicken and McDouble were cold... seems like they were on a rush with all the beeps going on in the kitchen with nobody paying attention to them. We saw how fries were returned by another customer and then they would give them to another customer who returned them and they gave them out again until the third family accepted them (not knowing). Never seen this before and in Lake Nona! Also, we turned back our fries and were given another over cooked but warm and still the employee got questioned by the...
Read moreWorst McDonald's experience ever. I’m appalled by the level of professionalism from the night manager here. She is a young manager who clearly lacks customer service skills. After explaining the situation, she neither apologized nor offered any resolution. The employee responsible for delivering the food to my vehicle repeatedly gave my order to the people next to me, not once but twice. I watched the people take my order smiling, telling their kids to shh because they’re getting a free meal. When I asked the worker/ runner about my order, he claimed, “I speak no English.” I went back to the drive-through and spoke to the manager about the issue. She seemed indifferent and unremorseful, offering no apology or explanation. When I jokingly suggested that I should receive a free item like an apple pie for the inconvenience, she responded with confusion and reluctance. After reiterating my concerns, she eventually handed me the item and walked away. When I asked if she was new, as this was not how you should treat customers, she responded curtly, saying, “What do you want? I gave you something. What else do you want?” It would have been acceptable to receive a simple apology or an acknowledgment of the mistake. The worst part is that she even acknowledged the runner gave my order away a few times. If she knew this, why was it so difficult to rectify the problem, admit the mistakes, and apologize? Instead, I was met with a poor attitude and a lack of customer service skills. She is a poor representation of the company, and I do not understand how she became the...
