Starbucks — Restaurant in Conway

The young blonde girl who works in this Kroger Starbucks on Salem rd is in desperate need of training. I say this as someone who is deeply lenient when it comes to my drink being messed up, I usually just deal with it, but here it’s not even possible to deal with it. Even with specific instructions it still doesn’t seem to work. I come to this Starbucks because it’s conveniently located near my work, but I can’t keep paying for a drink that I throw away as soon as I get it. I have neither the time nor the gall to ask her to remake it because 1) she seems really sweet, she just doesn’t know how to make the drinks. And 2) I hate making people feel bad! But if someone can get her trained and help her out that would be wonderful. I also asked for a double shot of espresso (which is where I think there is some confusion for her) and didn’t get it. I would rate this service lower if I could, we walked in at 3:55 and had two other customers in front of us. They served the other two customers & refused to serve me because it was 4:00 before they finished the other orders. The cashier said “I’m sorry we close at 4:00, we can’t serve you” I understand that because of Covid 19 they are closing early, but that’s ridiculous! Absolute worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever encountered. Terrible customer service, neither of the two women working acknowledged with a greeting or even a friendly smile. After waiting more than 10 mins for my drink, I approach the counter to see what’s going on as I’m the only customer there, both neglected to let me know it was ready or call my name, just sitting on the counter getting cold.
