This place is my first major disappointment since moving to Conway. When my Wife and I arrived, we told the person that was seating us that I am disabled and asked if we could be seated close to the Buffet, he proceeded to take us to the farthest Table possible from it, (there were only two other tables that had anyone at them). The Salad Bar was pitiful and messy. There was little selection when it came to Pizza on the Bar and most of it was burnt to a crisp and long past time to have been pulled and replaced. Soda was flat and Waiter seemed more interested in his Phone and flirting with the High School Girls Team that was eating there than helping the other two Tables that had Customers. And the topper was the massive sickness (and all the fun that goes with it) that we got to experience later that evening. Read moreThis was by far the worst pizza place I’ve ever got food from between the food, and the service. Rude female manager tonight (wasn’t the main manager.) I told her my wings had like no sauce on them. She didn’t offer to make it right. I asked who the main manager was, and that’s I’d be reaching out to corporate nicely but she just clicked the phone on me. Not to mention at the end of my order I asked for the driver to bring parmesan packets during my order call ,and the lady just said okay. Not even telling me that I had to pay for it which I would have but got my food at the door was told I had to pay for it. Would’ve been great to you know maybe mention that on the phone so I could’ve ordered it. I’m disappointed because I hardly order my family anything, and this was a pregnancy treat to me. Read moreHorrible. I can’t even speak for the food. My husband and I ordered $70 worth of food to be delivered to our hotel room, 2.5 miles away. The girl on the phone took our order, knew the address of where we are staying, and charged my debit card for the order. Only to call back 30 minutes later to tell us we were out of their delivery area, And said we would have to call a different store.
Ok, but you already charged my card.
We tried to call back and it rang forever and then was answered by someone I assume was at a district or corporate office. THIS woman then tells us it will be 3-5 business days before our money is returned to our account.
