Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Conway

Me and my wife get smoothies all the time here, they've been rude to my wife for the last time , she pulls up to her usual pb cup w/whey smoothie with a code to redeem in cafe , its our first time ever using it, so we thought u might use like McDonald's app, the mean, rude , and disgusting person(white with orange/red hair)that was taking my wifes order told her she could have spoke into the speaker before reaching the window which no one was in the drive thru at the time , speaking to my wife like shes stupid with an attitude not even willing to apologize when seeing my wife is visibly distraught and upset because shes been wrongly disrespected , u dont treat people that way and especially customers and my wife, she goes on to be oblivious saying she didn't think she was rude , every other place lets u pull up to the window in town and order with no problem, we wont be going back with people like this...

For about 3 weeks I have been going almost every morning for a smoothie…the service is always great. Today, the girl at the window with glasses was so rude!! I make my order through the app to help be quicker for all involved. I have always pulled straight to the window never have been told differently yet today I felt scolded. The window girl tells me from now on to stop at the speaker and tell them i am picking up my order, yet there was only one car in front of me and no one behind me. The way she said her correction seemed beyond rude, on top of… she might have well through my smoothie at me. I said thank you and she went to slam the window while talking to her co worker. When did this girl get this job. She could be given some correction herself. I will try again hopefully it won’t be the same girl..I hate leaving a bad review yet I don’t know who is the manager at...

It’s practically $10 for a drink here now, I’ve been going here since the drinks were $5.65 and I always get the peanut paradise. Only a couple times through the years have I asked it to be remade and today was one of those days. I did not taste any peanut butter. When I returned and requested it be remade the guy argued with me how the color of the drink was due to there being peanut butter. How the servings are portioned etc etc. You would think the remake was coming out of his check. Why argue with a customer? If I were not in a good mood it could’ve gotten really nasty. For the price of your drinks a customer should not have to drink it if they are not satisfied with it. I will not be going here anymore. Congrats on losing a long...
