Update May 31/25- they literally just left FIVE items out of our order. HOW do you DO that?? Had to pull back around and wait, and they hadn't even MADE the stuff..they took the 5 item order again and had to make it! After all that I figured she would've let me have the 17 cent onion cup I added at the very end..nope. Did the whole transaction for 17 cents..for a half empty cup. Drove away to realize there were 3-4 potatoes on each of my spicy potato tacos. Smh- ridiculous. May 2/25- Brittany R, right around midnight, made my visit very uncomfortable. We eat here several times a week and never experienced anything like that before. She got really rude really fast and told me I "could not" replace my potatoes with nacho fries..something I do every other time I eat here.. then said it would make the tacos "3 something" a piece..also a lie- the screen said otherwise- 3 something for both, as usual. Strange. Tried to charge $1.40 extra to sprinkle tomatoes on my tacos. I took that back off and while waiting in the long line decided I'd just get a side of tomatoes and jalapeños which I'd forgotten since she was distracting me with the rudeness, I asked the guy at the window to add on a side of each please and she sped over to the window and interrogated. "So you want a side of jalapeños and tomatoes?" Yes. Total cost for both sides $1.33. Hope she doesn't work here long. Read moreMy family and I dined in. My son ordered the Power Menu Burrito. He incorrectly received the Power Menu Bowl. I returned this to the cashier to show that we had received the wrong item. I told him that we would keep the Power Menu Bowl (it looked so delicious), but I wanted to order the Power Menu Burrito since that is what my son had ordered and it is what he wanted. The cashier apologized for their mistake and put in the order for the Power Menu Burrito. I attempted to pay for the Power Menu Bowl, but he would put take my money. He said that you ordered a different item and we will get that to you. I was not hungry at the time, so I had no intention of eating, but that Power Menu Bowl looked so good that I decided to eat it. The person that put together this bowl did it with care. I looked like something that a professional chef would create. The lettuce, black beans, shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, steak strips, and tomatoes were each arranged in a particular order. There was no messy overlay. This bowl was delicious. My son enjoyed his burrito as well. My family enjoyed our meals. We appreciate the cashier owning the mistake of his team serving us the wrong menu item. Taco Bell more than made up for their mistake. I have found that if I order particular items from Taco Bell, that I enjoy them better than if I order similar items from more upscale Mexican...
Read moreMy wife ordered online and when she arrived and waited for 30 mins She pulled up to the window and a female tm walked to the window and said her full name and proceeded to tell her they were out of beef. The manager a tall white guy seemed to be loosing his nerve and when she asked about the refund she was told they didn't have her order. Now if they didn't have her order how did they know her name? Are yall really that daft? So they couldn't process a refund. I called the store when I she returned home and asked to speak with the manager. This was a female who answered claiming to be the manager. I asked for the district or regional managers number in which I was told no and when I asked for her name I was hung up on. I called back and this time a younger guy answered claiming he was the manager. Again with the attitude and disrespect which I'm not going to take from someone who isn't tall enough to ride the ride. So needless to say we won't be returning to this place ran by incompetent smooth brains. P.s. To the female "manager" I hope you read this. You don't run out of beef because you got a "Big rush" and "These things happen" You ran out because of poor ordering. Literally beef is the basis for your entire menu. I'm an exec.
