The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Conyers

I first went to the Covington Hwy location: I was told by other patrons that the wait time was about an hour from pick up to cashier. I watched the line for awhile, which didnt move. I decided on a whim to try this location and boy oh boy am I glad I did! It was a seamless, efficient and enjoyable experience. They had organized lines clearly delineated, MULTIPLE cashiers set up on one side and numerous people pulling orders. I saw cashiers go to the order line and vice versa just to keep things moving smoothly and quickly. True team work! I dont know who the manager is, but the Covington Hwy location needs to pay for you to train their staff.

I'll definately be returning to this Honey Baked Ham location and have already told my holiday guests...

Me and my coworkers came here for my birthday lunch and this is the best service I’ve had, probably ever. The lady that was ringing us up was so patient when we were trying to decide what we wanted. She answered our questions thoroughly, even showing pictures. Our food came out so quick, and was so delicious. We were asked multiple times if we needed anything. And then to top it all off the guy that was working there brought us a basket of cookies and said “on the house”. This type of service is very rare now days, so you guys that were working on Wednesday are definitely appreciated by your customers and deserve the most appreciation from the company. Horrible experience today picking up a Thanksgiving ham. I reserved it 2 weeks early, received an email confirmation with a scan. I don't know why anyone would bother to do this because you have to stand in line with others who did not pre-order a ham. When I got to the counter with my confirmation email & scan I was told they don't have the capability of looking anything up and there is no information on their end about my order. Then you are sent to stand in another line to check out. My whole purpose was to avoid a crowd in a small space by picking...
