Burger King — Restaurant in Cookeville

My son set up his daughter's birthday party at the Jefferson Street location. Normally when there is a birthday party the staff lets customers know and only the party crew is in the playground. Well this location doesn't do that! Grown up's that was not in the party crew even was at the table when we did the cake cutting. Now how rude was that? We went ahead and gave them cake. The other kids which was older was kicking at the small children in our party crew. The other kids had the small kids in our party crying from being pushed down and kicked. I'd never advise anyone to have a child's birthday party at this location. Also, their food is always cold unless you are there at lunch time during the week.

I brought my grandson here at 830am for breakfast and to play in the Play Place. Let me tell you how incredibly nasty this place was. Every table in the play area was super dirty. Food and sauces all over the tables, floor had not been swept in what looked like days. Now we were the first people in the playplace that morning, so I will assume this was left by night shift and morning shift did bother to check anything that morning. My grandson could even use the bathroom as all the mens toilets were stopped up and in the girls bathroom the trash was over running the can and floor. I am from Florida, I rarely eat any fast food. I only ate here because I brought coupons on a road trip. I had been looking for a Burger King close to the highway for a couple of states actually, but I ended up at this one. I got the two chicken sandwiches and 2 medium fries combo and shared with my mother. I waited about a minute after ordering and our food was in my hands. It was hot, tasted fresh and DELICIOUS, and the fries were perfectly salted. The place is terrible to get in and out of but the food made up for that.
