Subway — Restaurant in Cookeville

My boyfriend and I stopped by tonight and we were greeted with the sweetest worker. Isaac was the only worker in the building, but still made time to not only greet every single person that came in, but he did it with a smile. After talking to him I found out today was only his second day. You wouldn’t be able to tell though. Isaac cleared out the line in a timely manner all while keeping up with online orders. I didn’t expect to walk into subway tonight and leave in a better mood all because of the worker. Isaac had the best attitude I’ve ever seen from a fast food employee which says a lot considering he was the only worker there and dealing with a lot of orders. His station stayed clean, he treated every single person with respect, and kept a smile on his face the entire time. I truly hope he gets the praise he deserves for being such an amazing worker. Literally the worst subway in town. I stood inside for a solid six minutes WHILE THEY WERE STANDING THERE TALKING before they even asked me what I wanted. The staff here is negligent to say the least. They had no soup at 2 in the afternoon and didn’t even offer to put more on, which I would have waited for. They felt it necessary to talk badly about corporate for not watching the cameras because other employees were being sexual in the work place and thought it was hilarious. I have tried to give this subway chance after chance because it’s so close to my workplace but I would much rather drive across town to the Willow Subway than to ever come here again. They had two straws out, and were out of both teas and my cup was sticky. I am disappointed to say the least. I'm Just now getting to make this review, I'm done with subway in cookeville period. I made a review of what just happened yesterday at the Willow one last night. And then have to go to Jefferson for me and my wife never will be back there either. I understand wanting to go home and it's late but the young lady working there extremely rude, apparently me and my wife were a burden cause we was hungry and it was to late to cook and I have to be up and at work before 5 am.
