Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Cookeville

The drive thru line is confusing. You have to choose the shortest line but they end up merging into one. The staff gave me an attitude when I merged because you’re not supposed to merge until they’ve taken your order? No one out there wants to be nice enough to explain that. There’s 4 workers outside but takes them forever to take your order. When the girl came up she didn’t say hi or anything I had to be the one to say hi how are you because she just came up to my window and didn’t say anything. She shoved the iPad into my car to ask for a tip which the no tip option is on the very bottom of the screen. She got a rude tone in her voice when I hit no tip. When we got to the window to get our drinks she didn’t verify it was our drink, just handed it out in a rush and said have a good day. When I told her it was not my drink she seemed very irritated. They took a long time to make the correct drinks. These workers don’t attempt to make conversation with you while your drink is being made but when they see you’re in the middle of a conversation they have no issue to rudely interrupt to ask what your plans for the day are. I saw so many negative reviews that I was hesitant to try but I had a Newbie Freebie coupon so I thought why not. I can’t speak for everyone else’s visits but the young lady who assisted me with my order was so sweet as well as the young lady at the window, who confirmed my drink…even though I was the only one in line. It took no longer than the typical time to craft my White Mocha to absolute perfection. The only feedback I have to offer is that I felt the music was a bit loud in the window line.
