The Irish cream mocha was great.

The cinnamon rolls seem expensive at $7 per but they are large enough to feed 2. My suggestions for improvement here:

1. Dial back the cream cheese a bit in the icing. Currently a bit too much like carrot cake icing (think nothing bunt cake). IMO, c. Rolls should have about half of the cream cheese flavor this icing has.
2. Quantity of icing is also a bit much. Maybe you can offer two options: Light and Double-Stuff Icing (current option I had). This also allows a pricing advantage as the Light option would be $6 & Double-Stuff remaining $7. These options also offer lower caloric cost to customers.

In general, I think it is hard for bakeries to pull back the reigns on sweetness and richness. Sometimes, less is more and worth striving for 😀!

I popped in to check them out and had such a hard time deciding what I wanted out of the case because it all looked so good! I finally settled on a croissant scrap muffin with pesto and Parmesan, I then glanced up and saw the brightly colored bag of Roseline coffee beans next to their espresso machine and immediately had to order a latte. The latte was perfect, not too sweet and the amazing Roseline coffee was able to shine through, the “scrap muffin” was incredibly good as well! I will definitely be back here to try more sweet and savory goods (I have my eye on the spinach puff next that looked glorious and one of those enormous cinnamon rolls) AND they are the closest place I can get a cup of Roseline coffee! Don’t sleep on this place! 1000x better than the drive through coffee across the street, totally worth pooping out of your car for.

The atmosphere is cute but I want to mention to people looking for a place to meet friends, due to the space design they have a small counter with bar stools to sit and enjoy your coffee/pastries. No table seating. They have done great with the space they have! Go and...
