I stopped many times at this location.. I feel bad for the girl working..checked name tag "Rachel" she's trying to make the orders and take orders while the manager..and it is the manager..I asked her it that was her manager sitting at one of the tables she said yes.. this is more than once it's happened.. the manager doesn't even get up and help when she's swamped! I waited almost 5 minutes for this poor girl to finish making last customers orders ..I was next in line.. the manager just sitting talking to another girl.. no mater if she was doing an interview or not..she should have got up and helped.. ice been is service industry for over 34 years..actually managed the Shari's restaurant in this mall back in 90s..its not that I minded waiting..if the point that a store manager doesn't help.. its her job to keep this store up and running and keep customers happy.. poor management skills.. like I said.. this was not once I've seen this.... why should I continue to come here when I can go to a drive threw and wait same amount of time..if she doesn't have the sales to add another worker to work then she should step up.. she will be able to add more help if her...

This is the nearest Starbucks to me and it is easily the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. Writing this review due to how consistently terrible my experiences here have been. I honestly feel bad for the employees since it seems like a training issue or due to lack of quality management . I will never come back to this location I order a venti iced Carmel macchiato with 11 pumps vanilla and made breve I pay 6.95 for my drink everywhere else but here they want to charge me 80 more per extra pump of vanilla so based on this I would be paying 11.75 for a drink . No thank you, I know some think I should pay extra for the flavor but not 80 cents a pump there is too much inconsistency at this Starbucks so I will just go to ones who seem to to know what...
