I have had issues with this location for a while on and off, but have had to stick with them as this is the only pizza chain that doesn’t have dairy in their crust, which I cannot have. This location is what my delivery defaults to, so really no other pizza delivery options for me, so I kept giving them more chances. What happened today was the nail to the coffin in my business with them. Once again, I received an order that was missing ingredients, specifically missing beef, even though my email confirmation clearly had it. About a week ago my order was delivered entirely smashed to one side, like it had been transported on its side. So today, after receiving my pizza without beef, I called right away to have this hopefully fixed. To someone this may seem like not a big deal, but I actually needed beef today for medical reasons and on a my doctors advice. The lady who answered, got very snooty with me very fast, basically shaming me for calling “all the time”, even though this has literally been my second time calling ever. She also had the nerve to say “something can’t be wrong every time”, which just isn’t a logical thing, given that I’ve been ordering every week for a couple of years, and only called last week about the smashed pizza, and this week about missing beef on my order. The girl was absolutely ruthless, condescending and aloof, and literally at the end said that she’s “a 16 y.o. girl” who doesn’t get paid for “all that”. I had called with a very polite and constructive attitude, but when she started shaming me and talking down to me, I started to push back saying it’s not my fault their system didn’t have beef in my order. I was looking at my email confirmation that clearly did, but she didn’t want to hear it. I offered to send her that confirmation, as well as photos of my smashed pizza from last week, given that she wasn’t believing me, but she said I’d have to call corporate about that. Read moreReceived a text, email and app notification that my order was dropped off at 9:48pm. When I opened my door, my order was not there. I then walked around my apartments for 10 minutes looking to see if it was mis-delivered, but couldn’t find my pizza anywhere. I called the store at 10pm and no one answered. I kept calling for another 5 minutes and still no answer. My husband and I got in our car and drove to the store while calling them the entire 15 minute car ride. We pulled up at 10:20pm (the store is open til midnight) and the store was locked, had all the lights off and 2 employees standing at the counter. After knocking on the door and explaining the situation, the employee had us wait outside, locked the door again and then called the driver. After waiting for a couple minutes we were then told that the driver “literally just dropped off your order 2 minutes ago”. I asked how that was possible when I got multiple notifications that my order was dropped off 35 minutes ago. He then tried to tell us that the gps glitches and sends out delivery notifications before they happen. We then drove home and surprise surprise there’s our pizza at our door. Read moreWorst experience I've had with Pizza Hut by far and I've had plenty of negative experiences in the past. Not only was our order late but it wasn't even started until after the completion time had passed! We waited nearly 30 mins passed the completion, we're ignored multiple times when trying to ask for updates, the manager literally walked away from my husband when he asked why it was taking so long, and we didn't even get our full order! The only time we got ANY help was when we asked for a card or contact info for the district manager. That's when the manager shoved what they had of our order into my husband's hands and told him we'd get a refund which I doubt because she didn't even process one. She just walked away again. I understand you're short staffed but there were even backed up orders! Three were already done when we got there, ours was next, and one other was behind it. It was 30 mins for them to not even complete two orders. The poor guy behind us couldn't even get an answer from her either about his order. If this is how Pizza Hut managers act, I'm happy to move to Domino's. At least they communicate when shit is backed up AND give free pizza coupons or discounts for the inconvenience, without even having to ask about it. Never coming back here again...
