This location is the worst location I have ever been to for chipotle. Their customer service is non-existent. Follows are my experiences with this location for my multiple visits. 1.Customers would be waiting in line, and only one person will be serving food while two other employees will be chatting back in the kitchen or at front near soda machine. The employee serving will ask one person to come and help, they will listen and then take another 10mins before they finish their chat to come and help. Whoever the manager is, either they are absent or they are as good as absent. Ordered online for CHICKEN QUESEDILLA with black beans and rice on side. -once I received cheese quesedilla with same sides. -another time I received a cheese quesedilla with all the sides also inside the quesedilla but not on side. 3.ordered online for FAJITA VEGGIES QUESEDILLA WITH black beans and rice on side. -once I recoeved cheese quesedilla with same sides. -another tine I recoeved again cheese quesedilla except this tine again sides were out inside quesedilla but not on the side. Ordered online for burrito bowl. Picked it up and came back home took out the bowl and the whole thing just opened up on the bottom and sone of it fell in the bag already and sone of it outside. There was another aluminum lid on the bottom supposed to be under the bowl to cover up the torn bowl. Apparently the bowl broke in store itself, but the employee decided it was waste of time to change the bowl. So put an extra lid on bottom also dropped the whole thing in bag. Every tine I ordered food online. It was never ready on pickup tine. Then i tried going much later than pickup tine, but basically they won’t start making any online order until the customer comes to location and starts waiting at the pickup shelf. So basically a good 20min waiting after you arrive for pickup for order to be ready. And this is consistent behavior.

Read moreThe “manager” Jessica is extremely rude and lacks customer service skills. I’ve ordered online 3 times in the last month and my order has been wrong. When I go in to pick up she is the one working the online order counter. I never say anything because I’m not one to complain but this last time I had enough. This last time I ordered delivery and I called to inform them my order was wrong. Jessica proceeds to get a attitude and say “well there are only two things missing”. I don’t care if it was five things missing. I paid for a order to made a certain way and that’s what I expect. At this point I just want my money back. She responds “bring the card in” I’m even more upset because I didn’t have to be present for you to charge my card but you want me present to refund. I go to bring the food back. Jessica immediately tells one of her co-workers she’s not dealing with me and to let “Sergio” handle it. She has two other women working there making sly comments and faces as well. Remember you messed up my order and I now have to wait an additional 2 hrs to eat but you have a attitude? Sergio is busy making orders and can’t. So she comes over and only refunds the amount for the order. Mind you I placed the order through chipotle.com what third party delivery service you decided to use after that has nothing to do with me. Sergio refuses to refund the delivery fee and tells me to contact door dash. Remember I have no order number with door dash or contact info. He tells me to call a number and say the order was under Ari like there aren’t a million ari’s placing orders but I oblige and call. Of course door dash can’t locate the order because there isn’t enough information and tell me to contact the store since I ordered through chipotle.com. Read moreI went into this store recently and it was filthy and very loud. There were at least 8 people working and only one of the people was working hard, the tall guy who was cutting the food. When I was going to order they were out of white rice. Now this was at 12:30, right in lunch rush when you should have everything prepped. The lady asked if I wanted brown rice instead to which I replied I did not and asked when the white rice would be ready. She stated it would be ready in 20 minutes. I said I was willing to wait but I would like a discount. A 10% ($1) discount would have been fine but I needed to feel my time was valued. The manager said she could not discount me. I left and went to the Chipotle in Lewisville where I was treated like a king by the manager and staff. I came back to the Coppell location and asked for the number to the regional manager. I reached out to the regional manager, Elham, via text. He never returned my message. I had already had issues with portion sizes at this restaurant a couple times prior so I was giving it a last chance. After this experience I think it is better to go to the Lewisville store if you live in Coppell. That store is clean, the portion sizes, while not extravagant, are what you pay for. The staff treats you like they appreciate your business and it is quiet.
