I buy food here because I like a specific dish, but this is my second time coming here. They have two machines to order yourself, and the thing is that for those who are new to ordering here, it is a bit complicated and you may have questions and there is no one to help you at that time. Read moreI've been waiting to post this because this taco bell is typically 5 out of 5 stars, but here recently it's gone down hill. I like to give postitive feed back to the employees when they deserve it, and I do believe most employees here deserve praise aside from a few. However, orders that used to take 5-10min are now taking upwards of 30min. This is the 3rd time in a row now, and I believe it has to do with the GM- I could be wrong though, but O can't see any other reason because every single last crew member aside from is busting their tails off- The lines didn't get longer. Today, I witnessed as the GM walked out on her crew in the middle of rush hour- The same GM who failed to call me for like five weeks for a entry level position- I could care less that I didn't get the job. Read moreI love Taco Bell, but I got a small bone to pick just cause it's something I started noticing a few months ago and my theories keep getting proven.
So, I always order the same thing, the cantina chicken bowl, and whenever I have the time to order in app or come through with my points and everything, the bowl is ALWAYS filled to the brim with every ingredient, rice is always amazing, chicken is always tender and hot, lettuce is always crunchy, so on so on.. whenever I order through doordash, due to not really being able to leave my child unattended and not feeling like loading her in a car seat for fast food, they always lack luster the bowl, either skimping portions, giving me burnt rice, or both.
I feel like it's unfair to be paying extra to have it delivered only to not receive the same experience I'd have as a "rewards member".
