Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Copperas Cove

How these owners got this franchise is anyone's guess. Always under stocked. This is a donut shop, where are the donuts and what about a selection. I mean really. I have gone across the street to Shipley Do-nuts. At least they have donuts and a good selection. Oh and by the way they are less expensive. As for the Baskin Robbins, I get how you can run low on stock but a near empty freezer for their quarts, unacceptable. I want to support this franchise but they have to at least make a better effort to have stock, this is a management issue. The franchise needs to look into theses issues. Was excited to get this franchise in our town, but have been disappointed 3 out of my 4 trips. To the owners, You wont be in business long if you don't fix the simple issue of stocking...

I really love dunkin on their good days, but i cant stand how inconsistent their drinks are. I ordered a Iced Matcha earlier today through and when it was delivered it was a really pale green. To no shocker, it tasted like milk. I was really craving the drink so i ended up reordering one in the evening, hoping itd be better, and to no doubt it wasnt. Tastes like straight milk and i pay $6 for it.. its disappointing. I love dunkin, but please please please try to become more consistent. The workers overall are sweet, but its a waste of money for me to be handed a cup of milk with a hint of matcha...

Customer service is extremely slow in the drive thru. Especially when there are no customers inside. I keep giving this place chances each week. Today was the last day. It took 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me to order a large hot coffee. When I finally got my coffee, they only filled it half way. Paid for a large but received a med amount. I don't see this place lasting if they can't get it together. Said that star bucks has faster...
