Well I didn’t think to take any pics cause I was hungry lol. Call me weird but I’ve been trying out a couple of places in the Killeen area as far as brisket and when I say the brisket sandwich I had from here on Friday evening was BY FAR THEEEEEEE BEST! It was juicy and flavorful just all around goodness. A well size portion of brisket. I wish I would have gotten 2! Woke up this morning and that sandwich was on my mind!!! It’s the food truck located in 190 in Cove. I will DEFINITELY be back! I can tell you that a lot of these food trucks have better tasting food compared to actual restaurants. Amazing! Def stop and try this BBQ. Ribs are fall off the bone good, brisket is tender and smoked just right and both sausages are flavorful. The owner is incredibly generous with the portions unlike most BBQ joints. Also really affordable!...
