Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer — Local services in Copperas Cove

Had to make a corporate complaint against Bianca at Cove location today. I have been with Cricket over 10 years with 4 lines. Her employee increased my bill to 200 dollars after I bought a phone. She acknowledged the error and said she would get back to me .after a week no word about it. I called to ask her what happened and she goes off saying something came up personal that day and it was more important. She used foul language in her response to me and refused to pass my complaint on her to the area manager so I called corporate manager and paid 200 dollar bill and got situation handled myself. I'm a gulf war veteran who was treated badly I don't recommend any soldiers or veterans to do business there as long as Bianca...

My husband and I have been customers at this Cricket location for almost 3 years now, and the customer service has been phenomenal especially with sales representative "Hugh" on board. He has gone above and beyond our experience by helping us to purchase a much needed product we couldn't afford at the time out of an act of kindness from his own wallet! Well, because we came into the store a week earlier and bought a new cell phone which was stolen before we even had the chance to use it! My husband is 82 years old and hates flip phones! We upgraded and bought him one he could be proud of and can enjoy thanks to these caring people working with us! We're customers for life...thanks to your awesome...

I always use this cricket location due to their staff some of them are amazing i went back in to get a quote for a new phone and see wgat phone i likef better came back in that friday like i promised the sales person i spoke to as i went in i noticed that person wasnt there until 3 i was met with the manager ross and he was rude unprofessional and not a good person to have a conversation with about the phones. He sat there and told me he should fire the sales person i spoke to that tuesday and i wss like well since me and several other came in to speak to him about upgrading i think yall will lose business since he has drawn so many customers...
