I bought 5 pizza's 3 out of the 5 were burnt. So I called little ceasers back advised them of the burnt pizza. I spoke to the manager and she told me to bring her pizza's back and she'll give us new ones. There was no I am sorry for the inconvenience nothing, just a gruff bring my pizzas back and I'll give you fresh ones. We got there with the 3 pizza's got no greeting nothing stood there for about 3mins with no acknowledgement. I had to get the ladies attention to let her know we were here. A kid brought us out three pizza's while one in the back yelled out make sure you get all the pizzas back. I then proceeded to tell the lady I got a wrong pizza again she told us to wait and finally just gave me a pizza out of the warmer. My son and I tried to thank her, but she turned her back on us and ignored us. I am very disappointed in the service as I would never want to feed my family burnt pizza I am paying for a service and expect good quality like anyone else. I expect better customer service from the manager as you are running a business and should show better work ethics as you are the leader. Read moreTo be clear, I am an avid a little Caesars pizza fan I believe it is a high-quality pizza for a fair price. But this particular location is completely and totally trash. The people here for the most part are either alcoholics or drug addicts based on the way that they act and talk to customers on the phone, it’s shocking how often things are incorrect and there are a couple of them that are just outright rude and I’ve been going here for a couple of years and it just seems to be getting worse and worse. The food is good but if you place a $50 order, there’s a good chance that somethings messed up. That’s not a huge deal though but the way that they treat people is just wrong. I can forgive putting mushrooms on a pizza that I asked for no mushrooms on even if it happens almost every time, but I cannot stand for disrespectful and rude customer service. and on more than one occasion, I have heard managers or employees yelling at each other while waiting for my food to get done which by the way, I always order in advance and I would say 50% the time it’s not ready when they say it’s going to be ready. Read moreWorst place ever. I work here and we get treated very unfairly. Mrs. Jen (The main manager) got annoyed because we were stressed out and she got irritated at us for doing a half job. Just because you messed up doesn't mean you gotta starting throwing things at the other workers, yes she throws things at other workers when she gets mad. she even threw boxes at a pregnant worker. You say you care about us truly but not even an hour later you talk bad about all of us. I made one mistake and Mrs Jen told the entire staff team and got annoyed and irritated. This job isn't worth it anymore. I spent 2 hours reading every one else's reviews and I am agreeing with them all, and I'm sure they would agree with me. I could literally go work anywhere else and get paid so much better. Crew members can never get a raise. Crew only makes $8 an hour. I used to love working here because of a very select few of my coworkers but they are gonna quit with me.
