This place is so unprofessional every time I come here I have gotten rushed while trying to order. However this time definitely takes the cake… we ordered a pretty simple order consisting of a chicken sandwich with fries and a famous bowl. After we ordered we were told it would a 4 minute wait for the fries and if we could pull off to the side and they would bring it out. Which is fine so we pulled off to the side and waited, after 15 minutes a lady came out and asked us what we had again so we told her our order again and she said over her headset what we were waiting on. She went back inside and we assumed she would be coming back with our order. After waiting another 10 minutes with multiple cars passing us and receiving their orders we went in to the store. Once we walked in we were again asked what we had so we told them again … then was handed a meal that was incorrect. Asked to speak to a manager and no one seemed to have an answer we waited 30 minutes at this point and got the wrong order making us wait again for our correct order to be made and after 40 minutes of our time being wasted we were even offered any help or any free items for having waited so long and being forgotten about 3 times. This was an absolutely terrible experience and I will never be returning here normally I am okay with waiting a little as I understand they may be busy and such and I never like to complain but this is just beyond unacceptable because we were waiting on our food to be ready we were simply forgotten about. Read moreI ordered via drive thru and had a coupon for 2pc dark including mashed potatoes with gravy, coleslaw, and a biscuit. I wanted extra crispy, but they had no dark extra crisp. I was offered a breast and wing for no extra charge. I don't really care for white meat, but whatever. I also subbed the mashed potatoes and coleslaw for 2 biscuits. I haven't been to KFC for several months; I was really looking forward to my meal! When I got home I opened the box and could visually tell that it was very dry, but I was hungry. The wing was completely dry. It was like I was trying to eat chicken jerky! All I could do was attempt to eat the coating, but was unable. The breast was no better! I could barely handle trying to eat the crispy! I just stopped eating the chicken and moved on to the biscuits. The biscuits were perfect! Thank goodness! I do want to add that the young man at the window was very friendly and polite! I went to KFC at 9pm and it should not make any difference. The quality of the food should be consistent which will create an expectation regardless of the time of day that one orders. Yes, I got a breast and wing for the price of dark meat, but what is the point if the food isn't edible? Read moreWorst KFC experience ever!! Its mid-July and the lobby is decked out with halloween decor... wierd? Upon arrival no one greeted me. There were 2 other customers inside who had already ordered that were still waiting on their food. Still no one greets me nor takes my order. I observed 2 children under 10 years old in the kitchen area running around like chickeraffs and playing. Both customers' orders in front of me were incorrect (both customers complained of it being wrong, wanting their order fixed). The lady behind the counter argued with them, not trying to fix it. Im hangry and irritated at this point and could not stand the way that lady argued with the customer like that... lady even turned her computer around to the customer and is saying "look at my screen, that sandwich is not on your order, k". Im sorry but the customer is right. So i asked her if she could made the stupid sandwaich so i could finally place my order? Then she started arguing with me!!! I left still hangry and dang sure wont be back.
