It's such a shame because when there isn't hair in my chicken (zoom in on the attached photo to see the hair that's in the batter of the chicken), I really love this place. I was coming here weekly because it's one of my favorite places to get tendies, but the "customer service" received from the on-site manager was just laughable.
After biting into one of the chicken tenders and noticing there was a hair, I ran it inside immediately to let them know what had happened, and to get my money back. The manager didn't even seem concerned about the fact that there was hair in my food, and nonchalantly offered to replace the single chicken tender for me (?????). I asked why I'd want more food when my appetite had been ruined already, and based upon that question, agreed to refund me my money. As I was in there, I looked and noticed no one in the back was wearing hair nets at all (big surprise!).
Not coming back here with the current manager's lack of concern for the hygiene of their employee's and how it's affecting the food that's being...

The gal ringing up the register rang it wrong and when she had to get a refund to correct it, she couldnāt apologize and the whole time she looked at me as if I was being difficult. Nowadays, if you say anything or make a complaint youāre a Karen. If she just did her job and ask questions and maybe have some common sense and read the situation and the order this wouldnāt have happened . The people at the register need to realize that they are the face of the company. This was the first time I ever came into a Canes, I came here because Iām having lunch with my daughter and this is what Iām bringing to her school. Iām sorry that I didnāt know that Iām supposed to be proficient at ordering at Canes and knowing their menu. Then I had to come back in to ask for sauce the same gal just gave me those look and she just said that cost money. Again, maybe you shouldāve asked if I wanted sauce when I placed the order. Ā Ā Ā Read moreOk Everyone!! So I give this restaurant three stars because the food is FRESH!! However, I would have given it more but I always order the Caniac combo, no slaw extra fries. Well you would think that the fries are coming out of their refrigerator!!! I tested the water one day just to see what would happen and I went ahead and got the slaw, they gave me just as many fries that I would get with the slaw as they did if I ordered extra fries no slaw. I mean dang for the amount of money you pay, you would think that they would be happy to give you E-X-T-R-A fries. Not only that these are some not really customer friendly people!! There is one lady that works there, she is mostly in the front and she cleans all the time, She is VERY Friendly!! but the rest of them they treat you like the food is coming out of their kitchen and they are doing you a favor by selling you the food.
